Stopped on a Saturday around 5. We were greeted and seated immediatley. I had a jalepeno margarita a featured cocktail. It arrived quickley and tasted fresh. It was also preety to look at it.The Donny Salad is arugla and lemon with just a bit a goat cheese. I've had this as a "rocket salad." The greens were fresh, the fresh squeezed lemon was present, but not overpowering. Excellent, particullarly in late March when we dont often see truly fresh greens.I chose the Spicy Farfelle Pasta dish. As good as any Italian place-The pasta was slightly al dente, the tomato garlic sauce was right on. My partner has the Pistacio Past Penne. Pesto sauce based pasta with pistacios. Interesting, and she said it's a keeper.Our server was polite, attentive but not hovering.The wines looked interesting, but I have ssay, I've never ventured into Moldova wines. Next time !This place is bonus for Kankakee. It's downtown quality and atmosphere without all the trouble. If you want real, fresh food served in a peasant environment, this place should be on your food radar.

Finally got the opportunity to try this place before heading out of town and I was impressed. Service was quick and friendly. The location is beautiful and I appreciate any place that has bar seating as an option to get around the wait for a table during rushes. I got the chocolate covered strawberry latte & the turkey cranberry panini and both were delicious. My partner ordered a black coffee and the ham&cheese panini and enjoyed his meal as well. I found the pricing reasonable considering the quality of their ingredients (and at this point, fast food is priced about the same with way worse nutritional value, so spots like this are so important to have in town.) Overall I am super pleased with the experience and can't wait to go back and try more of their menu!

I’m not gonna lie i used to love this place, before they moved, it was such a perfect environment, with great food, and great service. Now instead of a cafe its more of a sit down restaurant, honestly not an issue— its just that food that used to take 20 minutes to come to my table now takes 45 to an hour, if it even comes at all (they forgot my order once and continuously told me it would be coming soon, but after waiting an hour and a half I just left— no apology, with them still charging me for my drink… that i ordered specifically to have with my food. It felt like such a waste.) I have tried hard to like this place, going there time and time again to “give it another shot.” It’s a bit of a shame. For people looking for a restaurant or catchup with friends it’s not bad, but consider looking elsewhere for a calm sit down cafe like it was before.

I was looking for coffee shop after court. To my surprise I found the cutest coffee shop about two minutes away from the courthouse. The creamy dill avocado toast is absolutely delicious. It's the best avocado toast that I've ever had! The ambiance and customer service is top tier. Not to forget the coffee was strong and flavorful. I'm glad that I stopped by instead of going to Dunkin Donuts.

Beautiful place! I couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the decor is! Great place for any type of shower or small party. They offer a wide variety of drinks and even a wine flight. The owner make owner was amazing and offered me a drink of a specialty wine because we were discussing how much I love red blends. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed! We even went back within a week.

Today was my first time going to Stefari West Ave, and I was very impressed.It is absolutely gorgeous inside, it's well staffed, and the hand crafted drinks were so beautiful.The food was not huge portions, but the quality made the price absolutely worth it!If you want fast, cheap diner food, you're definitely in the wrong place. If you want extremely fresh, quality food that's meticulously put together, that satisfies but doesn't weigh you down, go to Stefari West Ave. Their sauces and everything are made in house, and oh boy are they magicians with flavor!Beautiful, delicious, friendly.This is a place to brag about.

Up-scale, relaxed atmosphere. Could be challenging to carry-on a conversation. Service was great. Highly recommend a latte: covered chocolate strawberry latte or I love ya matcha latte. We also tried multiple appetizers. Really liked the hummus dip and avocado beet toast! Entrees: Spaghetti Carbonara, Chardonnay Chicken, Butter Chicken (Indian spices). Included pictures. It was pricey but worth trying.

The gingerbread man latte was delicious!The tomato-pesto soup was average (probably could have kicked it up a notch with a bit more of the pesto) ... and the beet / avocado toast had nice flavors... but the thinly applied beetroot spread could barely be tasted. I did like the cracked pepper and pinch of salt on top.All of this is very fixable and I will definitely return.
