Absolute garbage would not recommend. Employees were rude and non helpful had forgotten our taco and refused for a refund. We had gotten mexican pizzas it tasted and smelled awful. We called multiple times for a refund refused and told us to call back in a week for a refund or to come back to the taco bell but we had already left for our road trip. If i could i would rated a 0 would never go back an absolute waste of money.

I drove through the drive thru and ordered at 10:20pm. My order included a Regular #2 Combo with a Pepsi and a Discovery Luxe Box with a water. And an order of Nacho Fries. I was told to park on the side of the building after paying at the window. We were waiting for 30 minutes and watched multiple cars go through and get their food right away yet ours hadn’t been brought out to us still. We end up going through the drive through to ask when to expect our food to be done and that we have been waiting for half an hour. And they didn’t even remember our order whatsoever. We pull up to the window and show them our receipt and he brings us a bag of food, the bag was rolled shut. I open it as I am driving away because I just waited 30 minutes for food. I am missing my Chips and Cheese from my Luxe Box. My nacho fries are cold and my #2 Combo soft shell tacos are packaged messily with random sauce all over their packaging. It is safe to say I will never being going to this location ever again.

This taco bell seems to get worse and worse, they used to be good I'd buy taco party packs from here very now and then but theses past few times theyve put meat in only the half the taco and it's always the tiniest amount too. Not worth coming here anymore.

The customer service sucked. I also didnt get what I asked for. I asked for a large Baja blast with the steak pablano quesadilla, 2 gordillo crunch wraps, and a large nacho fry. Instead I got this. This is the last time I go to this taco bell.

I’ve been too this Taco Bell many time I’ve not had a single good experience at this specific Taco Bell. Let’s start with their service, their service stinks and last time I was ordering through the drive through the lady was very rude then this time they didn’t get my order right. Then let’s talk about the food, I don’t know what’s so hard about wrapping a burrito but they can’t seem to do it and my taco just fell apart, and my cinnamon twists were just crushed up pieces. So if I were you I would recommend you go to another Taco Bell if possible.
Great food especially through the app so you can receive online rewards deals.

I work night shift, and sometimes options are limited. When visiting this establishment either their system is down or employees are on their phones in the lobby ignoring the drive through. Whenever I try and give them a chance there is always a mishap. Wendys or Arby's are better options.

Asked them to exclude cheese in the order cantina chicken, as I am allergic to milk protein, they never seem to follow the instructions the customer requests.
