Staff was horrible and very unaccommodating. I have been to this location 3 times now, and each time they say the are out of something. To me it appears as though they are lazy and don't want to prepare whatever it is.

The absolute worst Taco Bell in the entire Will, Kankakee County area. 35 minutes at the drive up window????? And the staff were rude and unprofessional. I'll drive 20 miles out of my way if I want TB again.

Customer service is disgusting! Went through drive through I was ordering a party box and Thursday at 11pm the drive through order taker must have been having a bad day. She was extremely rude she should not be working in the food industry if she hates her job so much or people overall never will stop by again.

Every time I come here it’s a waiting game. Order online, go through drive through, they say to pull in the parking lot, 15 minutes pass, go inside, no order here under that name/can’t find it, finally “find” it. Fast food that isn’t fast.
All good on my visit 'cept they should order all pepper packets since they were full of salt nd no pepper..wasting money on that salt..

My experience was not the best but they did redo my order. The only issue was I ordered supreme and didn't get that i had to come back after driving off so by the time I was on the highway I had to wait for the next exit which was like 10 mins down. The tacos were also a bit stale which we mentioned. I got my replacement the tacos on the new batch were the same. So I just took them and left. Hopefully they stay on top of the order so you don't have to come back. My recommendation is check the food before you leave. Service was okay. Food was meh.

We went with another couple on valentines day with a reservation not being informed of the "SPECIAL" menu , food was sparce and steaks were topped with some weird tasting crust and mashed potatoes had been torched...weird. had to share a dessert and bill was over $500!!!! And did NOT include gratuity!!! Nope. Never again!!!!!

3.17.25 around 8 pm shift. This kind of customer service will not only make customer happy but appriated as well , definitely will be customer in the future because of this shift. If Manager sees this review , make sure you keep people like that in this taco 🔔
