Me and my husband just walked out. We were paying with cash and was having trouble with the kiosk. The whole time, the woman on drive thru just stared at us. The other woman answered us from behind the work table. Although we couldn't understand her because of the background noise. And still drive thru woman staring at us struggle even more. We just gave up and left. The rudest experience ever! Didn't even get to order.

Have don here about 15 times in the past year all times of the day. Have never been able to order anything because they are “waiting on food”. They say it will be a 30 minute wait. Might as well go to the Mexican restaurant next door and sit down. You’ll be out of there quicker than the Taco Bell drive thru.

Ordered online still had to wait 15 minutes and then I got home and 2 of my items were missing mind you it wasn't a large order just myself eating, if your hungry I would avoid this place.

The worst Taco Bell experience EVER!!1 chicken quesadilla, 3 dorito locos tacos and some nacho chips and cheese... all ordered with extra meat.The pics first of all... that was my order of chips, with not 1 or 2 cheese cups but SIX!!! LMAO!! And then the tacos... if that's what the prep guy calls extra meat, then I feel so sorry for his female friends.And then the original quesadilla had only 5 pieces of chicken on it..I took it all back and asked for their direct district manager, not the store manager but God only knows this reflects on the store manager's ideology. I got my tacos remade and my quesadilla, and got my chips filled up also..WHY CANT ALL THESE CHAIN RESTAURANTS HAVE CONSISTENCY FROM ONE TO THE NEXT?Oh..and let's not forget the drive thru guy!! Thankfully my food was made on the line closest to the inside register, bc the drive thru guy would sit on the other food line in between cars... with at one point, his damn underwear would be touching that counter!!! The only reason I got the food was bc he was..thankfully..on the other side and not where the food was being prepped!!And if the managers or any higher ups see this, the drive thru guy was wearing a white hoodie, blue and white high top Nikes, and black athletic pants..I've been to this TB location 2-3 other times with no complaints. But this time would be and will be the last time!! I hope to see this place closed down soon if they can't hire any better or any more decent help than what I interacted with tonight!! Disgraceful!!!
This taco bell was not good at all. The floor was very sticky!!!! The employees acted like the didn't want 2 b there & there was only 3 employees working!! Probably will not go back 2 that taco bell!!!

This tacobell is pathetic. The last few times I've been there my orders have all been wrong. You either don't get the items you ordered or the items you ordered won't be made correctly. You ask for no sour cream well you better love sour cream cause you're gonna get extra sour cream. They are also always out of something. One time I went, they were out of tortillas! How does a taco bell run out of tortillas especially at this pathetic location? If you order on the app it doesn't show when an item is out of stock and you don't find out till you get there and they don't do anything about it. Portions are also skimpy now. The 5 layer burrito used to be twice the size. Now it's practically just 5 layers of tortilla. Prices here have also been increasing. Why is a Chipotle chicken melt $3? They used to be a $1 and worth it cause they are small, now they are $3 and feel smaller and most times they dont put the chipotle sauce on them. Don't go to this taco bell. I get its fast food, but this location has become pathetic.

It’s not first time they did it.I pay for the food. I can wait for the foodWhy to give these hard chalupas.It’s not worth of someone’s spending money on old food. Atleast fresh stuff is expected
Went there Saturday for lunch. Waited over 20 minutes for my food after finding out they were out of nacho cheese. I ordered a Mexican pizza, a spicy potato taco, a chicken chipotle melt, and 2 cheesy roll ups. When I got home I had 3 steak burrito supremes, and 2 chalupas. Very disappointed with this location. The last 3 times we’ve been here our order has been wrong. The girl working was friendly though.

I just was there and ordered a combo meal, the Taco didn't have any cheese on it, Pop didn't have any Ice and it is Warm not even cold from the machine, The person at the drive thru wasn't very personable either. THEN YOU HAVE TO ALMOST $12 FOR THIS. I don't think i will be going back there again.

Food sucks they close early 24/7 they aren’t actually open until 2am and the manager is a complete and total idiot and doesn’t understand how to make a correct order and or read a screen always has excuses why they have to close an hour early and never gets an order right

Tried to order thru drive thru because their one of the few places that stay open late. They “closed” over 30 mins early. All employees were still there but were hiding and no longer taking orders. Pathetic. I get cleaning up before close but honestly all sitting on the clock and not taking orders is disappointing. I really just wanted some tacos?
