If you’re stopping in the Keithsburg area, this is the place to stop! I was immediately treated like a regular the first time stopping in.
Being from out of town and unaware what time the kitchen closed we walked in five minutes before the kitchen closed. They were still very up to making our dinner.

My boyfriend and I with his young daughter, took a drive to Keithsburg from Galesburg. We do this two or three times a year and eat at the Eagles Nest. On this particular Saturday, the place was rather busy. there was a gentleman bartending, serving and clearing tables all by himself. He was so efficient, friendly and he never flinched.
