They also take forever to take orders. The manager also couldn’t run the drive through register either.Somehow ran out of beef so I could only get half of my order, and then got parked and had to wait 25 minutes from the time we order till the tine we got our food. I recommend never going here because it honestly sucks!

But the food was great!
Because they now have hamburgers, they also have pickles. I like pickles on my chicken sandwiches. 😁
Poor service waited forever for little simple items and the curly fries were old and everything tasted ehhh.. never again

Day crew and night crew are way different people. Day shift is clean food is hot and fresh and friendly. Night shift served inedible food. Music so loud you can't hear. Horrible horrible for spending almost 40 for food that was bad

Arrived at noon finally able to order at 12:20. Got our food at 1pm and fries were cold. Worst managed arbys. People in drive up kept driving away because it was taking too long. Not going back there. Sad.

We eat at Arby's in Moline, IL fairly often and have been quite satisfied with the service and quality of the food. Today, we were going through Kewanee, IL and stopped at the Arby's there. Our order was taken right away and I was shocked at the total. We ordered a burger combo and a brisket sandwich combo. The total with tax was over $31.00. WOW! Anyway, my fault for not paying attention to the prices. I would not have ordered if I had. But... the price wasn't the worst part. There was one car in front of us that was waiting at the window. We pulled up behind it and waited... and waited for almost 10 minutes. I figured it was because they were preparing the food nice and fresh. We finally got to the window and paid our bill. Our order was sitting there ready for us so we took it and moved on. We parked in the lot to enjoy our lunch. As my wife took the sandwiches out, she said, "They don't feel warm". She was right, they were not warm. They were cold. The lettuce on the burger was warmer and juicer than the meat. On top of that, the bun was dry and tough. My wife's brisket was also cold. The curly fries I got were also cold and quite stale. They too had no doubt been sitting for a while. I wanted to take everything back for a refund but didn't want to wait another 10 minutes in line. There were more cars now so we just let it go. We went on our way but I doubt we will stop at that Arby's again. I can honestly say that you can get a better burger for less money at any other fast food restaurant. I was really disappointed with the food and slow service at the Kewanee Arby's.
