They didn't take my order correctly. Told them I wanted no sauce on my sandwiches and they put extra sauce on my sandwiches, and I was sick for 4 days after I ate their food.

I have been more than patient. I have yet to have hot food here. At first my food was still very cold inside, i dont even understand how that can happen but it is so. The last time, 2 days ago i took someone along to buy them a lunch. My gyro was once again COLD inside. My guests was only slightly warmer. There was 1 napkin. There were no straws and to make that worse there were very strong adhesives over the top of the drinks which had to be forcibly wrestled from the lids for us to be able to drink. When i called to complain to customer service she offered me a free sandwhich. I declined on the grounds that i did not require another inedible sandwich from them. I told them i had endured enough of cold food that is not as good a quality as Arbys used to be. I have removed their app and will not be installing it ever again. How very sad, i imagine there are good people working here, but something has been consistently wrong since opening day.
I decided to add a bit more. We had a french dip in our bag which we did not order, so someone didnt get their order. It was not a huge loss it wass cold with a dry bun also.
Arby's, i keep seeing you apologising to ALOT of unhappy people concerning cold food and service that is legendary for being very poor. It makes no difference if you apologise! It needs fixed! This is a Arbys that has a great many poorcreviews and not alot of good ones. It makes me think when i read the occasional good review that even a blind squirrel can find a nut occasionally. Come on owners, you obviosly hsve a problem here, pethaps actually trying to fix it?

They are alwayssss forgetting sauces! I get forgetting ketchup packets or something, but I just ordered delivery with DoorDash, and they didn’t put my marinara in the bag with my cheese sticks. Maybe I’m too passionate about my marinara sauce but we all know it makes cheese sticks WAY better, cmon people, it’s not that hard!

Still advertising items on menu/buildings/billboards when they no longer offer the items. Slow paced workers & drive thru line wasn't filled yet the wait was well over 30 mins

Seemed to have a bit of confusion with orders at the time. Cashier was very sympathetic due to whatever problems were going on. Waited an accessive amount of time for our 2 person order (over 20 minutes)

We went in and were the only ones there. It was about 7:30 in the evening so I wasn't expecting too much from a fast food place. But it was great! Staff was attentive and and food was fresh, hot and well put together. A pleasant experience. Just what we needed for a quick meal before a drive home. Thank you!

This was my first time at this Arby's location in Kewanne, IL. It was absolutely terrible. The first thing a man asked the cashier for a straw she grabbed one and threw it at him on the counter. Second, she didn't ask if it was for here or to go(just assumed, I guess, because we walked inside). There were no straws or napkins in the despenses. The food was cold, old, and my kids' nuggets were burnt and gross. Also as we are leaving someone(not sure if she was a manager or not) did not sound happy in anyway dealing with customers and 2 employees came in and the dudes pants were hanging down to the point that his boxers were sticking out(if it hadn't been for his boxers I would have seen his crack. I will never go there again

Over priced food thrown together haphazardly and cold fries , our server was nice but the product is over priced trash

They also take forever to take orders. The manager also couldn’t run the drive through register either.Somehow ran out of beef so I could only get half of my order, and then got parked and had to wait 25 minutes from the time we order till the tine we got our food. I recommend never going here because it honestly sucks!
