Had some stuff we needed to take care of some stuff in Kewanee and figured we would stop and grab lunch before heading home to Geneseo. Went through the BK drive through and ordered 2 impossible whoppers no mayo (obviously vegan right?) and for one the lady at the second window was rude. She opened the window long enough to say "here" and shoved the bag out at us and slammed the window shut again. No it wasn't that cold out that she needed to act like that. Wife bought a meal 2 days ago they forgot her entire sandwich. She didn't know until she drove 11 miles home. Ordered food tonight they gave her free meal for their mistake she did get her sandwich but mine was no mayo the order taker repeated it back correctly. Got home and it was covered in Mayo. For a place where the meals are around 10 bucks and used to use the your way slogan you would think they would make it that way. A free meal for the mistake is great so I get what...read full review
