I picked up a crispy chicken sandwich and fries. Both tasted like they were cooked in rancid oil. I threw out the fries after only eating a few, and got rid of the sandwich as well. It will be awhile before I visit again. I have been consistently let down by this store.

Went there today about 11:35am. Went through drive, ordered the $5 dollar mcdouble meal, pulled ahead and payed. Went to next window where I got handed my coke then asked to pull around. I pull around and it was already packed. After waiting for 10 minutes I yelled I have to get back to work at the guy running for out. He just yelled back I have to be patient. I have 30 minutes for lunch and wasted it on drive thru. I never did get my lunch. I had to leave so I could clock in. Call and tell manager what happened and she said I would get a free lunch voucher. How's that going to fill me up? I went there to get lunch and received nothing. Pretty sure other people ahead of me drove off to do they wouldn't be late getting back to work. Total joke. Your supposed to be fast food. I could of went to a sit down restaurant and had faster service. Now I'm out $5.41 and I'm hungry because McDonald's drive sucks in Kewanee.
the managers are very rude and the food was cold. i heard alot of about this place. the employees are always nice to other but the managers are very rude to others and their employees. would not recommend

I used to like this location. But over the past couple of months things have really declined. More often than not my order is messed up. The issue lies in just reading the ticket. If you customize any sandwich better check it! Lastly the sodas are flat and the mix ratio is off or they need to clean the machine.
I order through the drive thru or McDonalds app.

It is honestly worth it to drive to the Geneseo McDonald's if you really want McDonald's. You could also go anywhere else(not tbell)

So it wasn't because of McDonald's but I ordered a Bacon egg and cheese bagel hash brown and orange juice paid extra to door dash and the app said my order should arrive at 7:45 am I however did not receive my food until 9:01 am then I couldn't eat it because it was so cold it was hard and the hash brown was soggy.... Again not because of anything McDonald's did just door dash....
