Logan & Lexi were extremely polite and caring. Very clean. Customers were quickly waited on. Lexi, the manager, granted my special request to help a school raffle in the community. High five to this McDonald's. I live in the Chicago area and those McDonald's aren't as nice, helpful, and caring as the Kewanee McDonald's. Thanks Logan & Lexi for having a big heart. They need to bring back the dulce de leche frappe, it was the only thing that was actually good on their menue
I picked up a crispy chicken sandwich and fries. Both tasted like they were cooked in rancid oil. I threw out the fries after only eating a few, and got rid of the sandwich as well. It will be awhile before I visit again. I have been consistently let down by this store.

Went there today about 11:35am. Went through drive, ordered the $5 dollar mcdouble meal, pulled ahead and payed. Went to next window where I got handed my coke then asked to pull around. I pull around and it was already packed. After waiting for 10 minutes I yelled I have to get back to work at the guy running for out. He just yelled back I have to be patient. I have 30 minutes for lunch and wasted it on drive thru. I never did get my lunch. I had to leave so I could clock in. Call and tell manager what happened and she said I would get a free lunch voucher. How's that going to fill me up? I went there to get lunch and received nothing. Pretty sure other people ahead of me drove off to do they wouldn't be late getting back to work. Total joke. Your supposed to be fast food. I could of went to a sit down restaurant and had faster service. Now I'm out $5.41 and I'm hungry because McDonald's drive sucks in Kewanee.

Taking so long to give us food outside
