I went through the drive thru today to get a matcha latte. All i wanted was some matcha and yall put coffee in my drink. When it should be just milk and matcha. Smells and tastes like iced coffee.

My absolute favorite place for coffee and drinks .. Amazing service and I'm always amazed with the friendly interactions ? Alyssa is my go to she is always so caring and friendly and I'm always so happy to see her ? She definitely goes above and beyond for her customers. I wish I just saw her more she is definitely an asset to the company.. Thank you Alyssa for always being the best ?

They keep forgetting to keep the whip cream off my blenders. Other than that It's my morning go too. The egg bites are amazing. I get a blender and egg bites every morning.❤️

Have never been in here, but I will say I use the drive thru ALL the time. They are very quick, never longer than a 5 minute wait time. And every time they finish taking your order they say "scoot to the window" lol. Small things like that go a long way with me. Beats Starbucks in my opinion ?

Coffee was good, just way over priced. Simple cup of joe $5.75. Didn't have food but you have to put at least one star. Service was good. Atmosphere inside my vehicle was good, it's drive up only. With the prices being what they are, it's a once a month treat. Lower your prices people would probably return more than once in awhile.

This is my new favorite place for coffee and breakfast in kewanee ! Was in town for Christmas and got coffee. Burritos sounded good so I got a bacon one and a sausage one. First medium drip was fantastic. However with burritos like this McDonald’s is going out of business soon because it blows Mc D’s away and the service was fantastic. This is a great asset to kewanee area!

I consider myself a nitro cold brew expert, mostly from Starbucks.I like to support other businesses where possible, so when I saw a nitro cold blue here I ordered it.It was $6.90.This not even pleasant to drink.Like yesterday's cold pot of coffee leftovers with something called cream on top?The cream on top was just a skim of foam when I got home twenty minutes later.I then put half and half in this drink to attempt to improve it.I will not be back. I consider this a fail.

Not bad for a quick option but it hurts my soul to spend the same amount of money on enough coffee for my work day (roughly 48oz) as a bag of beans from the store that will last me multiple days.

I've never had any problems here. Their medium roast coffee is one of my fav's. Along with a few other coffee drinks. I love how they do coupons. Should any of this change, I will edit my review based on repeated experience.

I usually quite enjoy the coffee I have at Scooters. It's fast and mostly delicious. But the trouble with this location is the awful customer service from the manager. I've had two issues so far that I asked for assistance with. The first was a truly horrendous coffee that was completely undrinkable. I didn't have the time to go back for a remake, so I used the contact forms in the app. I received no communication whatsoever from either corporate, or the manager of the location, and actually never received my refund. However, a regular employee at the location, when told that I had received no response, gave me a free drink to compensate. Not quite the same amount I had spent, but I was mollified. So no harm done. The second issue I had was when I ordered and paid for a large drink and accidentally was given a medium instead. I didn't completely notice the issue right away, I thought maybe I was just remembering the drink as bigger than it was. But when I confirmed it was medium by looking on the bottom and seeing the ounces, I called right away and told them what happened. I was unable to go back as I had already left Kewanee, and the employee on the phone assured me I'd get a partial refund. They took my name and number down. Once again, however, I never received anything. The manager of this location doesn't seem to be interested in doing their job, which is a shame because the coffee is usually good and the regular employees are friendly and helpful.
