What I ordered and what I got and when I asked if I could get a refund or have it remade they were very rude about it They have horrible customer service, especially the guy with glasses and dark hair that's always at the drive thru i get that fast food is not an ideal job and some customers are rude but dont take it out on the ones who aren't

Got the Supreme Luxe box. Good choices of food to go in it. We'll worth the $7 it costs. Got drive thru
Just had the lady at the window argue with me about what I ordered. After the correct order was on the screen she was very condescending and tried to tell me it didn't exist on their menu. I order the same thing about once a week. At thispoint I had already given her my card to pay. I asked her to please just give me my card back so I can go elsewhere. She continued to argue and would not return my card. It took 5 attempts at demanding she returned my card to get it back. The then slammed the window shut. I understand this is fast food, but you DO NOT get to treat people like they are stupid.

They never get the orders right (on sosa). Fryer is constantly down after 9 pm, that must be its bed time. Their drinks are horrid. Not the right proportions. Not recommended.
