I ordered boneless wings and they were DELICIOUS! I highly recommend trying them tossed in Doug's slightly sweet BBQ/buffalo sauce. It has the perfect amount of heat. Enough to make your face glisten but not so much that you're sweating and your nose is running. LOL The server was friendly and attentive and the food was priced right!

The WORST service out of any restaurant I have been to. Been here more than once and the food takes forever to come out. Waited 50 minutes just for appetizers then another 20 for main food. Our server only checked on us for refills on our drinks when the food was brought out. The food is decent but quite pricey. $50 dollars for two people for a cheeseburger with fries and a fish sandwich. Then when I went to pay, the lady pocketed my change thinking it was a tip even though I had never told her that. 1/10 restaurant and do not recommend to anybody.

No greeting right away when I arrived, waited a long while before I was greeted and was asked what I wanted to drink, waited even longer to get my food order in, no follow up to check " did everything come out perfect for you? May I bring you anything?" My tip was a total gift to the server because I felt pity for her because she has no business serving in a restaurant without completely overhauling her serving techniques, attitudes and behaviors. This restaurant has the bones of a decent establishment, disappointing! I don't relish giving a low rating but many people agree here in the reviews that the service should improve dramatically.

Went with a group, and everyone loved the food they ordered. I ordered the alligator basket, and it came with fries and slaw, and all of it was good. I also have enough for another meal. The gator was tender. I also got crab rangoons, which were really good too. The others ordered grilled shrimp, a burger, and the smoked platter, and they all loved their food as well. All the meat was tasty and tender. The waitress was helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend, and I would love to come back.

I was there 3 days ago. I traveled for a living and have eating at many restaurants. This was the worst experience I ever had. We were the 1st full table in the restaurant. We received our appetizers and then it took 3 hours to get our food. She never asked us if we needed refills on our drinks or anything so we asked another waiter for help. This must of pi_sed her off. The waitress told me she didn’t want to bring our food because I always been rude to her. I was there 1 time before, 4 years ago. I still can’t believe it.

We've always went there every Mother's Day anFather's Day, we went today it was horrible, the bartender was doing the bar and tables, my brisket was so tough it was gross 18.00 for two in a half pieces, for got to bring the salad and got it to go,at least a half hour for chicken wings, rhe frog legs were good but that was about it, I think for fathers day we will go elsewhere!!

What a shame what this place has become. The “confusion” amongst staff made for seating delay and piss poor communication with customers. I would guess our waitress was new, unfortunately she was not supported by her fellow team mates and they actually talked down to her a bit. We were a party of 6 at 6pm on a relatively slow Tuesday. Placing our orders was a challenge due to lack of knowledge and technology. When our food came one meal was missing and the waitress didn’t even notice, she just dropped our food and went on about other tasks. I flagged her down and asked about the meal, come to find out it had been deleted. She resubmitted it, 10-15 later I asked her to check on the order being it was fried shrimp and a baked potato I didn’t image it should be taking so long, she had mis ordered the dish and reported back that our grilled shrimp had just gone on to the grill. At this point I’m more than upset and tell her to make it right and do so in a timely manner. Our food was fair-good, nothing I’d drive out of my way for. Our waitress did not refill nor offer to refill our drinks which were $4 a piece for tea and diet. When our bill came we were simply in shock!! We grabbed a menu and compared and we were changers drastically more that the menu reads. What I believed to be a simple fix resulted in a very rude man behind the bar who seemed to have authority making the situation more infuriating. He extended no professionalism, was verbally aggressive, disrespectful, had no apology or understanding, was quite certain he would be overcharging us by near 50 dollars, and threw the worst temper tantrum before potentially making some changes to our bill. I’m not certain all changes were made appropriately but our bill came down by almost 40 dollars and I was tired of the fight. For future reference apparently their system will be charging 33 dollars for a single breaded catfish fillet with 2 sides ?. I have zero intent to return and intend to turn anyone I know away. The service provided and the disrespect, as well as the behavior displayed by other customers through the evening is reason enough to spend my money elsewhere.

I ordered a medium steak was just going to take the loss and leave but the waiter basically said they wanted to make it right. The waiter comes back and tells me because I had over half my steak (I ate three bites) that I could only have half my money back. Now I’m going to be honest at this point I’m kinda pissed because they’ve made it seem like I’ve asked for a refund but the least you could do is recognize you where wrong. I wouldn’t have had even eaten those had my waitress checked in the entire time I ate my dinner. What a disappointment. Disgusting. Awful. Horrible. Worst steak I have ever. EVER. Had. Appetizers were great. DO NOT ORDER THE STEAK
