Fisrt time here First off the food we ordered $70.00 in food and the only thing that was anygood was the wing they were amazing and i ordered carrots and got green beans grose the rest of the food was not good at all The set up was different I liked that the bar area was cozie out side the inside not so much the service was rude at first she acted like I inconvenienced her she huffed and puffed while taken my order I understand it was busy but I expected friendliness other other server noticed this and they was trying to see if I was OK after we walked off from me befor I could finish my hole order she thought I was done I guess so I'm sorry to management we will not be back thank u for ur time wen are food was served to us 45 mins later that was a good time for are large order we had alot of food I ask her if she got my tip and she was so nice to me then so don't no wat the problem was but again sorry to management we will not return if mgmt needs the name just let me no coustomers were very nice and polite and even apologized to me for the way i was treated thank u for ur time have a great day

I ordered boneless wings and they were DELICIOUS! I highly recommend trying them tossed in Doug's slightly sweet BBQ/buffalo sauce. It has the perfect amount of heat. Enough to make your face glisten but not so much that you're sweating and your nose is running. LOL The server was friendly and attentive and the food was priced right!

The WORST service out of any restaurant I have been to. Been here more than once and the food takes forever to come out. Waited 50 minutes just for appetizers then another 20 for main food. Our server only checked on us for refills on our drinks when the food was brought out. The food is decent but quite pricey. $50 dollars for two people for a cheeseburger with fries and a fish sandwich. Then when I went to pay, the lady pocketed my change thinking it was a tip even though I had never told her that. 1/10 restaurant and do not recommend to anybody.

Service not good. They could improve this somehow. What wasn't good? No greeting right away when I arrived, waited a long while before I was greeted and was asked what I wanted to drink, waited even longer to get my food order in, no follow up to check " did everything come out perfect for you? May I bring you anything?" My tip was a total gift to the server because I felt pity for her because she has no business serving in a restaurant without completely overhauling her serving techniques, attitudes and behaviors. This restaurant has the bones of a decent establishment, disappointing! I don't relish giving a low rating but many people agree here in the reviews that the service should improve dramatically.

Went with a group, and everyone loved the food they ordered. I ordered the alligator basket, and it came with fries and slaw, and all of it was good. I also have enough for another meal. The gator was tender. I also got crab rangoons, which were really good too. The others ordered grilled shrimp, a burger, and the smoked platter, and they all loved their food as well. All the meat was tasty and tender. The waitress was helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend, and I would love to come back.

I was there 3 days ago. I traveled for a living and have eating at many restaurants. This was the worst experience I ever had. We were the 1st full table in the restaurant. We received our appetizers and then it took 3 hours to get our food. She never asked us if we needed refills on our drinks or anything so we asked another waiter for help. This must of pi_sed her off. The waitress told me she didn’t want to bring our food because I always been rude to her. I was there 1 time before, 4 years ago. I still can’t believe it.
