We had family up from Tennessee. She requested that we go back to Mad Jacks for dinner. Absolutely some of the best burgers, tenderloins, and overall great food. Stop in. You won't be disappointed.
Worst experience ever. 5:38pm We sat down David the waiter said it will be a while since it was a shift change. 3 more couple came in and sat down. David started waiting on the 3 other couples then waited on us. We ordered appetizers corn nuggets and mini taco. Ordered our dinner the same time. For 50 minutes we waited for our food and the 3 couples recieved meals and appetizers. We get nothing. They bring one of our appetizers out and it was cheese curds. We gave the appetizer back after we tried one and they asked the crowd who had cheese balls. So they just gave them to the correct people after we had our fingers on them. The glasses they serve you are aluminum my glass looked like a toddler chewed on the lip of the cup. Not clean at all. We get up and get ready to leave and David starts screaming your food is up an hour later. We sat back down and the country fried steak looked so nasty and smelled like bad grease. We got up and left and then David started screaming get out making a major scene. The two bartenders were saying David you can't talk to customers like that his response was i have been here since 10am. This is the nastiest and dirty place I have ever been to. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

What a great place excellent food and a great seevice. Relaxed laid back atmosphere. Kareoke on Saturday bingo on Sunday owner is almost always there and interacts with customers!! Best bar we have found in 30 miles.

Stopped in here for dinner on my way out of town. There were only about 6 or 7 other people in the place. They have a pretty basic menu so I ordered chicken strips and sweet potato fries. After waiting 45 minutes, I asked to just take my food to go because I had to leave. After waiting another 10 minutes, I asked and had to leave without eating because the food hadn't even been started yet. Very disappointed and certainly wouldn't go back.

Food was really good! Our server was very attentive. They wouldn’t give us the check after our meal when we went to pay-just told us the total while holding on to it which was odd to me. The bathroom was out of paper towels but other than that everything was pretty good!

We aren't normally the type to eat in a pub. We were out for a drive and happened upon Mad Jack's. The staff are friendly. The food is good, and portions are large. Seems like a nice hometown place. If we are in the area again, we will stop in again. I'd guess if you are on a bike ride, this should be a stop.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to one of the entrances and restrooms are large enough to accommodate a wheelchair but are single stool.
Absolutely the best Bacon Cheeseburger I've had in years. Kudos to the cook. We enjoyed our visit.

We only go for Karaoke night but I have sampled some food from around our table. Every bartender and owners are fantastic. I hope I tip enough (I do have my favorite). We/I feel like part of a family when I walk in and It is my favorite place. And I am almost an hour away. We have good Karaoke here in town on Saturday nights but the drive for my people is worth the time and drive.
We had fish, waffle fries, shrimp, hamburger, potato salad, side salads and a mad jack burger and absolutely everything was delicious! The pricing was reasonable too. Thank you.

We travel a lot. When we do, we always try to order the most unique item on the menu.I didn't know what a "horseshoe" was before eating here. Now I do. And damn, I'll never forget. My wife and I split a horseshoe. The horseshoe turned out to be two 1/2 lb burgers on two pieces of Texas toast, piled (literally!!) with grilled onions, fries, and cheese. Hot damn. While we split it, it ended up providing each of us with two full meals, per person.Jack, you may be mad, but we won't hold it against you. If we're ever in the area again, we'll be back.
