The food at The Dining Car is always something new and wonderful. Beth changes the menu often and she won’t put it on the menu unless it’s delicious. Hang out enough and you might get an early taste of what’s coming next or experience the amazing sound of 20 pounds of bacon frying (it’s like a waterfall… a waterfall of bacon). The company is always friendly, the food is always fresh, and the prices are reasonable too. If you have a sweet tooth, try a scoop of ice cream...
The owner is a real master at her craft. She is always friendly and always has a smile. As far as the atmosphere, it really has that hometown feel. You will definitely enjoy dining there.
You need to give The Dining Car a try if you haven’t yet. Oh my goodness. Just had the patty melt and FRESH corn and tomato salad for lunch. Honestly a little taste of heaven in each bite. Each month their menu changes and I have favorites but love all their choices.
