Most of this review is based on nostalgia. When I was a teenager, my dad would take me here when he got off work (when it was only underground) so I could eat pizza and he could have a couple cocktails. Though I live a thousand miles away, I was able to take my kids to this place so they could enjoy the pizza (along with me). Still a great tavern style thin crust. No, I didn’t have any drinks but I was able to get them to open the downstairs for us so my sons could delight in the amazingly unique and memorable decor of the basement. The place above ground has changed a lot, but the pizza, the downstairs pub, and the memories haven’t

Was very excited to take my Granddaughter there on 9/7 eve. We were walking around trying to figure out where we could sit, we were told only the Sunroom and Outside were open, walked into sunroom it was very loud and hot. We asked if we could sit in a booth just outside the sunroom but inside the building and were told they were expecting a big party. Way to loud to sit in sunroom so they told us to sit in the beer garden, handed us menus and told us to choose what we wanted to order then comeback inside to order. Ok so that is what we did to be told there was no kids mac n cheese but they had adults. What?? I ordered a 12 inch thick crust, My granddaughter ordered Chic nuggets and fruit with an orange juice. I ordered water. Water was terrible, I was told I needed to pay up front! He chic nuggets came out really fast however she only got 4 nuggets and a bowl of fruit cocktail (gross) she would not eat it. How hard is it to cut up some fruit… She was eating her nuggets. My pizza was taking longer of course, mind you it is getting cooler outside. My pizza arrives and the man put a piece on my plate and went back inside, No One came back out to check on us at all. She was supposed to get ice cream ( What a joke! ) Never arrived but of course we were not getting waited on. I ate my piece of pizza , had to walk back inside to ask for a box to take pizza home, it was cold outside. The man brought my box out felt like I had no choice but to tip him even though we were really not being waited on! Very disappointed with food, service, Price!! Over All it was a complete Fail. Need New Owners and hire some STAFF!! It use to be such a great place. Now both of us are sick…..

We just had a birthday party for our 1 yr old grandson and it was fantastic! Atmosphere was great in the garden room and the service was top notch! Food was great! Could not have asked for more! Recommend to anyone for an event!

This is our second time here and we really love the food and service! We had the patty melt, French onion soup and the smashburger. Our tater tots were cooked to perfection as well as all the food we had! Aubrey our server was wonderful, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that our experience here at KRH was fantastic. We definitely will be back!
