I visit 1-2 times a week after dropping my disabled husband at work. This was a recommendation from his coworker. I've become addicted to their Lavender Fog and enjoy their blueberry scone (warmed with a side of butter). They have an assortment of pastries but also offer breakfast and lunch which I'll have to try. The atmosphere is pleasant and the floor is carpeted making it comfortable. Floor to ceiling windows delivers natural light and more when the sun shines.

Cute, clean, quiet on a rainy day, tasty London Fog with skim milk!
Great breakfast burrito, great customer service. We came to the drive thru and noticed our dog had puked in the backseat of the car and we asked for a couple napkins n they gave us an entire roll of paper towels (which we used them all). Great customer service and highly recommend!

Annoyed that I’m basically paying for a cup of ice. When I got my iced coffee today the ice was literally coming out of the hole in the lid. Why am I paying over $7 for a medium coffee that I can finish in just a few sips. This has happened twice now. I want to support a local business but not when I continually feel like I’m getting ripped off. For anyone reading this I recommend asking for easy ice if you order an iced drink.

I guess I stepped in here with a lot of expectations. Their coffee was good. People work here friendly and professional. But food was okay. I tried their avocado toast which tasted a lower then average taste or any other place. I was expecting a little but better experience with food. Also compare to the price size wasn't that good either.

I’ve been coming to Pepper Park for a while and usually have a decent experience, but today was disappointing. I was overcharged — the server (C) added an extra $1 for oat milk, even though I’ve never been charged for it before.
When I asked about the charge, instead of politely clarifying, she argued with me and insisted I was wrong. I wasn’t rude, just surprised, but her tone and attitude made the interaction uncomfortable.
She stated she’s charging me for a latte when I ordered a tea
I guess they like up charging.
It’s frustrating when customer service shifts from helpful to combative over something small. I don’t expect to be argued with as a regular customer — especially when there’s a clear inconsistency. Disappointing experience.

Have gotten coffee and/or scones at Pepper Park Coffee since they opened, and have always been satisfied with both. Service is prompt and attentive. Their interior is warm and inviting, with locally-priduced art and trinkets for sale. They have definitely made their shop the "third place" (after home and work) that most local coffee shops aspire to be. Unqualifiedly recommended!

Somehow this was our first time at Pepper Park coffee and we will definitely be back! My husband got the honey & cinnamon latte which he really enjoyed and I got the seasonal drink - hocus pocus latte with oat milk! I don’t love sweet drinks and he made the drink half sweet which I didn’t know you could do but I loved it! Our kids got the chocolate donuts and were super good and we loved how they had some kids games for us to play! We will definitely be back - thank you!!

I love having a nearby coffee shop. Their food was fantastic, and the coffee was delicious. I will definitely visit more frequently.
