The food is so fresh and the environment is so warm. Many try to hit the mark with this type of menu and fail to deliver as great of an all around experience. The service is attentive and kind. Willing to travel to experience this small treasure!Dietary restrictions: Great option for a gluten free sandwich!

First time there today, and it will certainly be the last time! Subjected to a 20 minute, back and forth shouting match with the OWNER! and a customer. All concerning a basketball game! How rude! How disrespectful! Has the owner no manners? No, not at all. Find another place to dine. Or bring your earplugs. The owner is a high volume noise machine!!

Go here all the time, it's a Lake Bluff institution. Sandwiches with England-themed décor. You can upgrade your chips for a small cost. Delicious food, friendly service, reasonable prices.

best Ruben's on the north shore. Wouldn't have lunch anywhere else. Lake Bluff is a strange liberal community but Bluffington's makes the experience worth the trip.

An adorable and quaint local gem. We came for lunch and the staff was very sweet and attentive and the food was delicious. We got a rueben as well as a turkey sandwich and to drink we got a vanilla latte, and a mocha. All was delicious! Next time I’ll take pictures as we forgot because we were excited to grub :)!

Weirdly refreshing food. Definitely fresh and well-made.Hot chocolate was good. Coffee was OK. Homemade quiche was amazing. And I don’t even like mushrooms. Philly steak was amazing. Not super greasy - very fresh.Only downside was slightly upset seeming worker. Maybe she just has that look to her or maybe she just needed a break I hope she’s OK.

Lovely cozy Cafe. Ordered the special which was ham and cheese with side of potatoes salad. Delicious. Sandwich was so large I couldn't finish it.
