Our company frequently orders from this Jimmy John's location due to its proximity to our office. Unfortunately, my team recently encountered a poor experience. Not all items from our order arrived, and when we politely called to address the issue, both employees we spoke with—including the manager—were unwilling to deliver the missing food. The manager was unable to provide the corporate contact number and interrupted me on the phone. The employee who said he packed and delivered our order, impolitely insisted everything was included. We simply wanted to eat lunch during a meeting, not to deal with accusations. Disappointing service for loyal business customers. Was also told we would hear from the location after this experience, and have yet to hear from them.

They use Uber Eats as a third party vendor then when the driver marks the food delivered but it clearly isn't...they refuse to pick up the phone multiple times. 0/10 experience, I can't wait for the chargeback.

They never answer their phone and they constantly get orders wrong. I found a hair in my Turkey Tom and they did not help or offer to make a new one.

Never answers their phones when the two women are up front taking orders. We had to go in and order which was very inconvenient for us. We asked why they don’t answer the phone and they claimed the phone was broke and doesn’t ring. Horrible service. Don’t go here.

I had a very bad experience I was in a hurry. Apparently the computers are very slow. Since I ordered my order. And he still didn't pay for the order. When I already had the food. Ready and I was still waiting for them to give me my total for my order so I could pay. They have very slow computers. If they could serve one faster it would be better service
