Never answers their phones when the two women are up front taking orders. We had to go in and order which was very inconvenient for us. We asked why they don’t answer the phone and they claimed the phone was broke and doesn’t ring. Horrible service. Don’t go here.

An excellent Jimmy John's. We prefer this store to the Lake Forest store as the bread and meats seem fresher. Excellent and friendly staff.

When I walked in tonight I felt rushed was on the phone and was immediately interupted by a worker had no friendliness at all and the subs we received were made wrong. Will not return

I had a very bad experience I was in a hurry. Apparently the computers are very slow. Since I ordered my order. And he still didn't pay for the order. When I already had the food. Ready and I was still waiting for them to give me my total for my order so I could pay. They have very slow computers. If they could serve one faster it would be better service

I've never felt more unwanted in a restaurant than I did today at this Jimmy John's. There was no greeting the customer and the person who took my order seemed absolutely dead inside. Zero customer service skills. If you're looking for food, go somewhere that actually wants you as a customer and is happy to help.

Quality freshness going down. Long a fan of this establishment. Last order. Food dry (no dressing)#5, hardly any turkey on Turkeytom. And chips were stale.
