Visit the Lake Bluff Brewery soon. This is a hidden gem in the North Shore, great atmosphere, great choice of beer and access to local food vendors during your visit. The vinyl record selection during your visit is an opportunity to re-visit those long gone days of listening to an entire record album with those vinyl needle pops as you drink your brewery choice. My only suggestion is, is there a way to chill and/or frost that beer glass before serving?? I think would add to the...
Stopped by on a brewery tour expedition. The beers were nice but what really made it was the staff's friendly attitude. I also liked the old survey maps and listening to different records they were playing.
I love live music & go to LB Brewing on many Weds & Thur nights. It's mostly enjoyable except for 2 things--the number of people who need to talk constantly & talk so loud so they can be heard above the music. Why go to a live music place & ignore the music? Very good musicians play there! And those who bring their dogs & subject their sensitive ears to the volume of live music. Good selection of beers & hard-working, friendly bartenders.
