The night shift manager who worked on 9-23-2023 should learn some manners. He didn’t greet me at the drive thru. His first words were “CASH ONLY” I got to the window he gave me my order and didn’t say have a good night or anything. He was acting very bothered the entire encounter. Luckily I didn’t go off on him for the way he acted.

Went to this location since it has a convenient location. Never had an issue until Sunday morning when the guy taking the order tried to say they didn't have something we always get. When we ordered it he said "we don't have that" when we said yes you do we get it all the time he then changed his story and said "oh I guess we do". McDonald's should try to make sure they hire people who care with good customer service but I understand since unless you're a regular, the same staff won't be there the next time you come.

Hash browns were great as was the Sausage McMuffin, very fresh! But for some reason my regular coffee that I purchased today tasted soo odd, a taste that I've never tasted before. It wasn't of old burnt coffee, which I've often received from various McDonald's across the Country but it tasted like greasy cream of mushroom soup! I don't know what that could've been? Hope it wasn't mold or some cleaning agent or something! Needless to say I didn't drink it and was on the road so couldn't return for a refund or another coffee, just a waste of 2 bucks! But on a positive note, service was very attentive and expeditious.

McDonald's is fast but it isn't great. It's just meh. Even the app sucks. It's laggy, you can only use so many bonus points (unlike Chick-fil-A, where I can use as many as I want at once), and the bathrooms are always a bit sketch. Just wish this entire chain would go under. It's time has passed. They clearly have given up on itself, they don't care and it shows.

Drove all the way down here to pick up a door dash order to have the lady telling me that she didn’t have any orders because the system is down. I worked in McDonald’s when I was 16 & I know that you’re suppose to put on the tablet “not accepting orders” option so that customers aren’t able to place orders. It’s just one simple button you have to click. She could have done that earlier, but instead she was just being rude.
