Absolutely unacceptable experience. The iced coffee was stale and watery, clearly old. The brownie cheesecake bite was undercooked and tasted like it had been sitting out all day—ended up throwing most of it away.
The store itself was dirty—windowsills covered in dust and spiderwebs. WiFi kept dropping, which made it impossible to get work done. Staff were loudly chatting behind the counter and using unprofessional language, making the environment disruptive and unpleasant.
This place is poorly managed and completely unfit for anyone looking for a reliable place to eat, study, or even just relax. I won’t be coming back. Panera needs to seriously reevaluate the standards at this location.

I often buy my lunches here, and mostly I pick something below $10. Guys are fast, attentive, and nice. My food is always ready in 10 minutes, and it's always fresh and hot. Meals are tasty and most of them are healthy. God bless you, guys, for feeding me ❤️

So good! I ordered with a nice girl at the counter There are also kiosks and online express ordering I joined the club online and got a Free item! So many choices of sandwiches, soup, egg dishes and pastries ! Came out quickly though it was busy Lots of seating well placed. It was great! Thx! I'll be back....

I just picked up my order (value duet turkey cheddar). I get home and there are no onions on my sandwich. That is something very simple to put on a sandwich. I'm annoyed because I'm already home. The sandwich doesn't taste the same without the onions. This may seem small to some, but I want to get exactly what I paid for.
I always get the green goddess salad…but what has changed? The chicken on this was processed. Nothing tasted fresh. This is not the same salad I used to get. Has Panera gone downhill? Cheapened the quality? Or is it just this location? Disappointed because this salad was a healthy go to for me. Now I’ve gotta find another place to go
