So, there are signs on the door promoting "more of everything" at Panera when I went into the store this morning. First I wanted a sesame bagel, no longer an option. Fine, so how about a cinnamon bun? I used to buy these all the time and was stunned to see how little icing was on the ones in the store. Okay, plan C, a cinnamon crunch bagel? Just like the cinnamon bun, this had almost no cinnamon crunch topping.More of everything question mark? I think not.

this was the best Panera experience I had. I had to use the restroom and it was very clean. They also were super nice at the register and the manager was very nice.

Really used to enjoy coming here. Food is still fresh but nothing special. All restaurant prices have increased a lot, but I don't think Panera is a good value for the money anymore. Worst thing is the attitude. I've had rude, surly service by staff who act like they're working in the stereotype of a snooty Michelin-star restaurant. The joke is I've been treated much better, in MUCH better restaurants. I don't expect to be catered to, but I do expect basic politeness especially when that's how I'm treating you. Get over yourselves - you're slinging soup and sandwiches.

Our regular go to place. I love their creamy tomato soup and Mediterranean sandwich combo and that's my anytime comfort food. Recently I have been a great fan of their classic white bread too, these are so soft and just worth the try.

The manager was horrible she was rude to the customer's and the associates. She told them dont toast anymore bagels if they want them toasted they can buy a toaster. Also would not wait on anyone she made every one use self checkout. Just rude.
