What a positive experience I had at the Lake Bluff Starbucks. I went for a 30 minute coffee to check my emails, and was so pleasantly surprised when the barista asked if I wanted a ceramic mug for my coffee. She even offered to bring it to my table. When she brought it, she mentioned they offer a free refill. Then, another barista came around with a free sample of one of their ice coffees. What a very pleasant experience. Thank you, Starbucks!

i normally enjoy coming to this starbucks but unfortunately as of recent it’s been lacking professionalism. there is an associate who’s appearance included very visible neck marks, you can see them from a mile away… coming from someone who works in customer service you keep your customers in mind when you present yourself and don’t show up to work with you’re entire business plastered on your body… makes it a rather uncomfortable experience

I've been a regular at this Starbucks and it's always a fantastic experience! The staff are super friendly and bring such positive energy every time I visit. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming—perfect for relaxing or getting a bit of work done. Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks locations!
The Knollwood Starbucks is by far my favorite in the area. They have plenty of seating inside, including tables at a comfortable height for working on with a laptop and plugs. It’s not too busy, but is also a social place where you can run into friends and neighbors. The staff are the best part though! They are so friendly and helpful and know a lot of their regular customers personally. It always makes my day to walk in and be greeted by name. I have nothing but great things to say about how this store is run!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. They consistently mess up orders. I ordered a blonde, shaken espresso, with brown sugar syrup, vanilla syrup and vanilla sweet cream. They gave me regular espresso, cream and not the correct amount of syrups. They didn't even shake it up. They just put the syrup, espresso and then ice and cream.
