i normally enjoy coming to this starbucks but unfortunately as of recent it’s been lacking professionalism. there is an associate who’s appearance included very visible neck marks, you can see them from a mile away… coming from someone who works in customer service you keep your customers in mind when you present yourself and don’t show up to work with you’re entire business plastered on your body… makes it a rather uncomfortable experience

I've been a regular at this Starbucks and it's always a fantastic experience! The staff are super friendly and bring such positive energy every time I visit. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming—perfect for relaxing or getting a bit of work done. Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks locations!

The Knollwood Starbucks is by far my favorite in the area. They have plenty of seating inside, including tables at a comfortable height for working on with a laptop and plugs. It’s not too busy, but is also a social place where you can run into friends and neighbors. The staff are the best part though! They are so friendly and helpful and know a lot of their regular customers personally. It always makes my day to walk in and be greeted by name. I have nothing but great things to say about how this store is run!

Everyone at this location is so nice, especially Jon. He's always smiling and cheerful even in the early hours of the morning when we come thru. Jon and everyone else just loves my puppy, Peanut and she loves them too!
They're not making right cold brew foam lately. Even though there was no line on driveway i got just milk. Not the cold brew with foam.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. They consistently mess up orders. I ordered a blonde, shaken espresso, with brown sugar syrup, vanilla syrup and vanilla sweet cream. They gave me regular espresso, cream and not the correct amount of syrups. They didn't even shake it up. They just put the syrup, espresso and then ice and cream.

This location always upsets me. I ask for extra matcha and it looks like they do less than the four scoops. I give it back and they give it to me exactly the same like if they pay for the supplies. It really is frustrating to pay for something and not get it how you want. Never coming back it’s always the same problem and the workers aren’t polite at all.
