Go to his Lake Villa Sammie for years , I have been to all their locations.Food is always delicious, owner is there often, not all Sammie has same food for some reasons.I don't care about their ribs tho but it is not a BBQ restaurant anyway.
Had the burger, patty tasted like frozen meat, but veggies and bun were just right. Fires are exactly how they're supposed to be. Just a normal clean hometown diner type establishment.
