Stopped here on our way back to Chicago after a weekend in Wisconsin. Great experience! 4 of us got sandwiches, which were great, and 1 got the yogurt which was super yummy. The man working was super kind. Definitely recommend!

They were out of some various ingredients but still amazing!!! Our family will be heart broken if they close down! Friendly staff awesome food. I have stomach issues that limit very much what I can eat. Delicious and no stomach issues. I hope they will have their yogurt again as well as humus. Do not pass up a chance to eat here.

Today was our first time trying this little deli in Lake Villa. I was excited because I love supporting local places, but disappointed sadly. Pros: The sandwiches were on point, the Brooklyn and the Italian beef were awesome and so delicious. The store has a pretty good selection of items and NA beer which is nice at lunchtime. Cons: I don't know if it was the owner or what but the man who helped us acted as if he had never seen children before. I brought my 4 kids and while they were a bit wound up because they were hungry he definitely scolded them more than once. I almost at one point just wanted to tell him to stop making our sandwiches and I was going to book it out of there because I felt so uncomfortable with the way that he was basically disgusted by my children. I wouldn't recommend for families.

Best and freshest sandwiches in the area! I stop in whenever I am the area. Quality meats and cheeses! He offers fresh yogurt that is amazing, I like to freeze some of the flavors and eat like an ice cream treat! Coconut pineapple is my favorite! Give it a try, support local. Accompanied with chips and a bottle of wine, amazing!
