This location was great when it opened. Everything has gone downhill since. I feel like I am ignored by staff. Multiple staff members looked dirty with shirts hanging out and rude. My food took 30 min for a hot dog and salad. Used to love buona and their food but it’s gone downhill since hill recently. To much competition to continue to visit, I will take my business elsewhere until they get it straightened out. Never had an issue at any other store.

Very disappointed with the service here, waited in the drive thru for my turn, but instead they took an order of a car that arrived after i did. I get it they are busy but at least follow the order of entering cars. What upset me more was Vincent’s attitude when I mentioned the issue. He just didn’t care. They need training for drive thru service

Every time I order online I get something completely different. Italian beef with cheese, I get it with peppers. It's supposed to be baptize, it's dry as dirt. Only the fries are as they should be...very disappointing…
