I order in store and at first I say no beans. He adds two beans. I say no beans. He adds black beans. I say no beans. He does it correct. Then at checkout the cashier says veggie bowl and steak. I said no two steak bowls. She shrugs and checks me out without checking. I should of checked

This is the worst chipotle. When I got it last year I found a piece of GLASS in my rice. It’s impossible to get ahold of the location. I tried calling serval times so they were aware and could change out the rice (I did a pick up order). After trying to call for an hour no one answered. Tried to chat with them and the chat robot did not answer either. Tried them again last week with another pick up order. Half of my food was missing.
