I order in store and at first I say no beans. He adds two beans. I say no beans. He adds black beans. I say no beans. He does it correct. Then at checkout the cashier says veggie bowl and steak. I said no two steak bowls. She shrugs and checks me out without checking. I should of checked
Get home. Food is not our food. I call but the store phones are off. So wego back and they have me write down order to make correct. I get home.
And they read it incorrectly. Beans where no beans should be and no beans where beans should be. I call the store and phones now on. They say they did it as the paper says but they did not. I try to explain the error but the manager has zero understanding so I give up.
Customer service no help either. They refuse to help and could care less

I should've read the reviews before hand unfortunately i didn't, I placed an online order and my bowl was basically half empty, it didn't even have lettuce, cheese or sour cream like I ordered and my bowl was almost $16.

We have been to this chipotle many times since it opened. It has always been fair but we tolerated it because it was closest to us. Today we ordered 3 steak burritos and a steak burrito bowl. My burrito bowl looked as if someone took half and gave me the other half, it was so sparse. There was very little steak in any of our burrito’s or the burrito bowl. What was present was burnt crunchy pieces. My daughter thought it was bacon bits, that’s how small and burnt they were. I had to pick mine out, it was inedible. My husband also bit into his burrito and pulled a bay leaf out of his mouth. He is someone who only asks for meat, rice and cheese. How was a huge bay leaf missed?!

Go anywhere else literally I order the same thing anytime I go to chipotle and today I ordered my usual but this time it was 1/4 the size it normally is like I can go to the value menu at Taco Bell and get more in my burrito for $3 then I did at chipotle today

younger shorter Hispanic male was very nice pretty sure he works 2nd shift and is very quick and helpful all and thoughout took my order from the beggining to the register very quick and even handed me a free side of green salsa after i paid. tables were very dirty and drinks were all out but i understood it was around closing. this location is very good and love it here more then round lake

Do not order on the app here. The amount of meat they give you here is disgraceful. You get more meat in one taco at other chipotles than you do in an entire burrito if you order it to go. Might never eat at this one again.

Moved here from the city a few weeks ago, I have NEVER experienced such small bowls. I understand it was busy… but not that busy.. and we paid the same amount we do in the city? I don’t understand why? Two bowls with chicken one with guac came out to 23$!!!! I just don’t get the small portions. The scoop of guac my spouse got was laughable. I had to ask one of the girls twice to add more beans because I literally could count the amount I had in my bowl. Twice.
