Three stars is for the brand because I am an avid Chipotle customer originally however, I edited this review to 1 star after opening my bow.The portion sizes are ridiculously small repeatedly at this location only and this is an unofficial 3-pointer and this picture shows how small their portion of chicken is. Not only do they not know how to maneuver the bag around the bow to avoid this look of all topping to one side, but this half scoop portion is absurd. I ordered a second bowl with regular toppings and they were all half scoops as well. Poor training or either lazy workers. I have worked at chipotle for many years in the past and this is not how they are supposed to be trained. This location is a no-go for me

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They mess up my order. I waited 30 mins inside for the thing when they weren’t busy. Mess up over and over again idk why I go back. Never again.

Foods good staffs always nice and friendly
I really wanted to like this Chipotle because the people who work here are always polite and friendly, but I am completely done giving it chances.
My order has been wrong or incomplete at least eight different times. I have had missing items, the wrong toppings, things I paid extra for just not included, and bowls that clearly do not match what is on the receipt. It has gotten to the point where I have to check my bag in the parking lot like I am going through airport security just to make sure everything is there.
I understand that mistakes happen once in a while, but this is not once in a while. This is a pattern. When you order food, especially for a family, you expect to actually get what you paid for, not to discover at home that items are missing or made incorrectly. It is frustrating and a complete waste of time and money.
The worst part is that this Chipotle is so damn close to my house. It should be an easy go to option, but it is just not worth it anymore. This was the last straw. I will be going to other locations or other restaurants entirely until they figure out how to get orders right consistently.
To be clear, the staff are kind and respectful, so this feels like a management or training issue. But after this many messed up orders, I am done.

The young girl (high school aged) working at the front was one of the most snotty people I’ve ever seen working in a restaurant. She rolled her eyes at me when I was using a promo on the app and threw my receipt in the bag and gave me a dirty look. This kid should be fired!!!, name on my receipt says her name is twonnia. Not sure if that’s her but whoever it was should not be allowed back in there!!!

I was just served the weakest burrito bowl of my life. There wasn't enough rice to cover the bottom of the bowl. To call the portion of chicken half a scoop would be enthusiastic. It's as though the employees at this location portion things out like they are personally paying for the ingredients.
My husband tried this location again today and they gave him rotten brown guacamole. He took it back to the store and they gave him rotten Guac again then we sat down to just eat our bowls and the rice was hard and not cooked. We packed up the whole meal to take it back and then the restaurant said they couldn’t help us because we ORDERED ONLINE. So a hour and a half later we are still hungry and will NEVER go to this location again. They are a complete joke and not even busy. Worst service ever.
