Something needs to change here. Never the correct order. Always tiny portions of meat . Never hot and fresh. Work space dirty most of the time. Employees act like you’re a jerk for asking for Servise that should already be present and is at most other chipotles. Employees need motivation . Double meat means a normal size portion hear so order accordingly.

I ordered ahead.Paid for double chicken and barely even got a single portion of chicken. Food quality wasn’t great and the guac didn’t taste fresh at all. Stay away from this location because you will be disappointed. Google should add the option of 0 stars because they don’t even deserve 1 star.

Portions are too small, orders are almost always wrong/missing something. I purposely order double rice double beans and still get less than one serving of each almost every time. Sitting here eating my order now that they forgot to even add my steak to. I used to get chips with every order but half the time I’d never get them with my order (I use the app and pick up at the window).Overall… 1)portion control is bad… 2) orders almost always wrong(it’s like they don’t even read what my order is)… 3) if you order chips you have a 50/50 chance of getting them.

Snotty staff,small portions,they need to slow down. They start putting ingredients in the bowl before you can say“in a cup”. I only get 3 ingredients in my bowl due to health issues and they look at me like im dumb when i ask for more rice.

Could the manager please do me a favor and simply explain to me why not one employee can ever roll a decent burrito when burritos are 50% of the menu basically.

Second time and last time ordering from this location ordered online this time and when I picked up my steak burrito it barley had anything in it it was the size of my palm and I know the burritos aren’t that small and my first time at this location workers were very sloppy and tried to give me small portions again but I told them I paid extra so I need to receive extra will not be returning
I have been going to this place since it opened. It has changed a lot since then. Food quality is worse from day to day. The employees there are not polite. Always some kind of attitude.

All I can say is taco bell has better food for being fast food. I ordered some tacos and a burrito. The two girls just slapped then together and as you can see in the picture this is why I will never return to this

Food was really good. I ordered online and picked up at the window. I was two minutes early for my order but it was still not ready. I gave them my name and they had it ready to go very quickly. Even when they seemed swamped as it was. Great

I don't know why I kept going back. I think this is just a bad Chipotle. It took a few bad times before I starting taking photos. Drive up 12 to the Chipotle in Lake Zurich if you want to get a satisfying meal.
