They have the most friendly staff every time I go!Today especially they helped me when I sent my order to the wrong location on the app (that place wasnt on the way to work) and got me my order hassle free! I appreciate that!!

This is the worst Dunkin for pick up orders. It’s the SECOND time I place on online pickup order and it’s wrong. The worst part is when I go to complaint they take my receipt give me my “correct” order just to get home and it’s still wrong!!! Talk about having incompetent employees.

Bad service!! Very disappointed!They messed up my order in the morning no big deal. When I went to lunch I went back told the Lady manager what happened, She tried to give me credit for one of the sandwich es which I did not care for the credit I expected some kind of apology.. so I asked her you gone charge me again? So she than with attitude voids the transaction than offers free food tells me drive to the next window.I said seriously you people messed up my breakfast and no apology but attitude instead..Told her keep the money and the food drove away!!I will never go there again!!.

I don’t know what it is but everytime I go here it gets worse. I just picked up a coffee and bagel. The bagel was wrong the coffee was wrong. They then hand me back the same coffee without the sticker … and a very very burnt plain bagel with enough cream cheese for one half… neither the coffee or bagel was consumable. Such a waste of money. Ontop of the lady in the drive thru getting an attitude with me because they got my order completely wrong….

Morning team is definitely the " A TEAM "Just about Every morning, my husband gets me a LG hot coffee with Oatmilk and Vanilla. It's always delicious and perfect.As an oatmilk drinker, it tastes WAY better if you shake the oatmilk before you pour it ?Thanks for being Awesome!!!!!

i normally don't leave reviews but this specific dunkin is one i come to almost every single day without fail. every time i come in everyone is always SO friendly and nice. i've also never gotten my order wrong or messed up at this location, whereas with other dunkin locations they can be really inconsistent. special thanks to the nice lady who's name i believe is Janice who always helps me out most mornings and remembers my name! won't get my coffee at another location
