I have never ever left a review in my life but I had to just say how I have been to this location a handful of times and will never be going back. They barely put any meat or condiments in your sandwich and everyone who works there looks like they can’t be bothered to do their job. I have been to many Jersey mikes locations and I have NEVER had this problem. Hopefully this saves someone from going to this location. It will be the driest $15 sandwich you ever had 🤣🤣

Plenty of staff on shift, yet the service was very poor. I ordered two giant hot subs but only received one. When I pointed it out, I had to wait again for the second sandwich. While waiting to pay at the register, no one acknowledged me—even though several employees were walking back and forth right in front of me without offering any help.
The employee who prepared the sandwich apologized and explained that he had simply followed the order as it was given to him, which I appreciated and assured him I understood. However, when I asked for napkins, another staff member carelessly tossed them into the bag I was holding, which came across as quite rude.
Overall, the lack of attentiveness and professionalism made this a very disappointing experience, and I would not return to this location.

I'm someone who really only leaves reviews if I've been dissatisfied with my service and I'm sad to say this is one of those reviews.
I'm not sure what has happened to this location the past year but the staff isn't too friendly anymore. To start out, I went at a slow time and the woman slicing the meat was very gruff when I was deciding what to order. No smiling, basically rude to me and barely said anything besides asking what I wanted.
After they made my sandwich, the woman ringing me up tried to pressure me several times into signing up for their program after I politely declined once.
This leaves a sour taste in my mouth. It won't stop me from stopping here, but I've noticed a pretty steep decline in customer service since around last year and it makes me sad

When they first opened I loved going here, the safe was nice and clean. Recently I won’t go to this location anymore. I have placed orders to be picked up and 3 times now they have given it to someone else and I have to wait for them to remake it. My name is on the order and yet this keeps happening. The first two times it wasn’t that big of a deal they were nice apologized and remade my sandwich but this last time I noticed they have new employees and I was given a hard time about my missing sandwich. They then did not want to remake it saying it was already picked up I tried to explain that this has happened before and I just want this problem to stop. The lady at the counter ignored me rushed my sandwich made it sloppy and was rude. I have also noticed with the new staff that Ive had hair in my last two sandwiches I for sure will be going to round lake or McHenry over this location. I don’t have these problems when I go there.

Jersey Mike's is usually pretty good, but they messed up my order last time. I asked for rosemary bread, but the lady gave me regular bread instead. It wasn't what I wanted. The staff is usually friendly, but they should pay closer attention to orders. I brought the incorrect sub back to the counter, and someone else swapped it out for the rosemary bread I wanted. I ended up eating it, but it was a bit disappointing that they got the order wrong in the first place. Overall, Jersey Mike's is a decent option for a sub, but this experience was a little frustrating.

If you hate your job your should quit. My first time at a Jersey Mikes. Everyone was unhappy and inconvenienced. I would recommend grandmas wine bar and deli down the street. Much warmer atmosphere. Food was good. I asked for a side of jalapeños and the worker rolled her eyes.

One of our occasional stops for sandwiches to have in our boat. Always great service. I have to say, we were in yesterday and there were three teen girls making the sandwiches. The shorter of the three girls really should get a photographer and have some head shots taken to send to a modeling scout. She is stunning.

Business opens at 10AM. M-F in Volo IL. and doors were locked at 9:59 & 10:04am with staff still prepping food. Attempted to order twice with no luck.
I always tell them no mayo. Idk what their problem is adding mayo. The music is always too loud to hear the mumbling employees. I've been to this location a few times and this was the last time. Just terrible service from employees who dont even want to be there.

Shame on this location. I just had surgery and am meant to be immobile. I ordered a giant sub mikes way. Cross contamination, bad training, kids, laying bread on a recently disinfected (still wet surface). Something from this store caused me to get really bad food poisoning and worse; with how many trips to the bathroom I’m having to make I am compromising the sutures of my surgery which if fail will likely ruin my life/send me to the ER. Calling tomorrow
