I'm someone who really only leaves reviews if I've been dissatisfied with my service and I'm sad to say this is one of those reviews.

I'm not sure what has happened to this location the past year but the staff isn't too friendly anymore. To start out, I went at a slow time and the woman slicing the meat was very gruff when I was deciding what to order. No smiling, basically rude to me and barely said anything besides asking what I wanted.

Jersey Mike's is usually pretty good, but they messed up my order last time. I asked for rosemary bread, but the lady gave me regular bread instead. It wasn't what I wanted. The staff is usually friendly, but they should pay closer attention to orders. I brought the incorrect sub back to the counter, and someone else swapped it out for the rosemary bread I wanted.
