Wierd experience. Other than the batista, terrific flat white, staff were ridiculous posing as professionals. Dude? Too high or jacked up on caffeine to care about your customer's request to help with the app? You don't have the app, don't know how to use it, don't care to learn... Said it to my face. To the rude lady standing in the window (complaining) because I placed an online order and came thru the drive thru “too soon” you should try to re evaluate standing in the window complaining of being “busy” when you stood there right in front of my car complaining staring at me. I come to Starbucks several times a day at times and daily. This is not to the sweet girl Amelia at the window itself, it’s to the rude woman who was nasty in the speaker about my mobile order. I won’t be mobile ordering anymore and I WILL be complaining anytime I’m stuck behind someone taking too long. You were so rude, you ruined my Saturday and set me off completely. I’ve seen her and her terrible attitude before but this was the last time because you were a horrible human standing complaining IN THE WINDOW that you were busy and you didn’t do ANYTHING!! Real “busy”

I used to avoid Starbucks because I thought it was too pricey — but after receiving a gift card and giving it a try, I was instantly HOOKED. Now, I regularly order ahead using the Starbucks app and pick up, either in-store or through the drive-thru, from this location. Every single visit has been a pleasure. The staff are always friendly, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming — and my order is always ready and accurate. That consistency keeps me coming back.

🥚🥔 Potato, Cheddar & Chive Bakes Golden and crispy on the outside, soft and savory on the inside — these are the perfect comfort-food bites. The blend of Yukon Gold potatoes, aged cheddar, and fresh chives blended with cage-free eggs and baked to golden perfection makes each bite rich, cheesy, and satisfying. It’s impossible to stop at just one — which is fine, because you get two!

The Lakemoor Starbucks has become one of my favorite places to grab a quick breakfast, brunch, lunch, or refreshing drink. The service is always excellent, the food consistently fresh and tasty, and the whole experience is just easy and enjoyable.

Cali is a phenomenal barista. Made two immaculate drinks stratos frappuccino matcha., and brown sugar.
Check ladies could be a a bit more attentive.
But Cali definitely made up for their lack of energy and enthusiasm with her attention to detail.
I highly recommend this location especially if Cali is you're barista.

I would ask for light ice, but 8/10 times, they fill my entire cup with ice. Besides that, they make the drinks well. Nothing against the staff, they’re terrific; I just feel ripped off paying for THAT much ice.
