Cali is a phenomenal barista. Made two immaculate drinks stratos frappuccino matcha., and brown sugar.
Check ladies could be a a bit more attentive.
But Cali definitely made up for their lack of energy and enthusiasm with her attention to detail.
I highly recommend this location especially if Cali is you're barista.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. Waited 25 minutes for my drink I put in online ahead of time, it was filled top to bottom with ice cause the staff were hurrying all the drinks. And their attitudes were awful, never going back.

Attitude i was trying to explain to employee about my drink first one she said you just put the order in the second one said next time use the app to to customize your drink and I told her the app doesn't allowed me to do what iam asking then she told me go in the front order unprofessional if you check my acount I think I spend enough not to get treated this way

I would ask for light ice, but 8/10 times, they fill my entire cup with ice. Besides that, they make the drinks well. Nothing against the staff, they’re terrific; I just feel ripped off paying for THAT much ice.

Friendly staff. They need more training with consistency of drinks. At least the espresso is always an issue. Only once they have made it right. The rest of the times (like 20 more times) it has been burned, watered down or simply tasted like regular coffee. I ordered typically flat white or expresó on ice with milk. They also don’t get the size correct.

On the map, it says that they’re supposed to be open till 930. I showed up around 9 o’clock to find the store closed pretty disappointed if you’re gonna close early at least update it online so people don’t drive over.

Updating my review They were very busy today and unfortunately I had to ask for a remake but I was taken care of very well and the remake was perfect. They handled the the lines and drive thru very well.
The last 3 times I’ve gone they just haven’t made my coffee right it tastes like it has no syrup in it and I’m not even a really sweet coffee drinker. I also ask for blonde espresso and you can taste it’s made with regular. I ask for oatmilk and get almond milk in my coffee. No vanilla in my cold foam for the base. I order through the app so it’s not a miscommunication. I’ve also put in a mobile order while 3 people away from the speaker to order told them and get up to the window and was then told I needed to drive around and get back in line because the order wasn’t ready yet. It was one drink ? 😂 How do the people in back of me get their coffees before me when I ordered first ? Make it make sense 😭 Not pay $10 anymore when I’m not happy. I used to love Starbucks especially around the holidays. I can’t just keep paying the rising prices and making excuses why it doesn’t taste the same.
