Never order a drink. They never remember to include it at any location. When you tell them, they say you didn't order one. When you show them your receipt, they get rude about it. Just don't bother.

Whoever was working April 29th at midnight, deserves a RAISE!!! I wish I got his name so I could put it in this review but wow he was a top tier employee. Food was immaculate, which is wild to say about a fast food establishment. Came out super fast. The employee forgot our two medium baja blasts but get this… when we came back through he apologized and upgraded us to larges!! Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.

Came here 1-2 times a week regularly for the Build Your Own Cravings Box, which the Lakemoor franchise operator has now decided not to carry in the app. Will instead be driving to Wauconda for it instead, which is disappointing as this location is closer to my house.
