I am shocked at the quality of employees at the Liberty, MO location. We went last night a little after 10:00pm. All the chairs were on the tables, guessing you can't dine in after 10pm? Then the girl taking our order was EATING pickles at the register, licking her fingers. Maybe I am old-school, but it looked very unprofessional and there were other customers in the store.
FYI if you order from Wingstop Billings MT and they forgot 3/4 of your order they won’t refund your money. I picked up an order and the bag was huge so I didn’t realize how much was missing till I got home. On calling them, they kept telling me to come back and get it but I lived too far to make a trip back worth it. They eventually said they would but it’s been two weeks and no refund has come through on my card.
Wings overcooked and dry, French fries cold
If you ever call and a some young American male answer hang up he was extremely disrespectful he raised his voice at me, he also started chuckling a little bit and straight up hung up on me.
Note for the manager of the establishment if you know how I’m talking about him please consider firing him he is overall a disrespectful person.

As I walk in eager for the boneless bbq wings and fries I ordered, this young lady greets me with such enthusiasm. I tell her that I placed an order, and she asked for a name and boom, I got my order immediately. Although the only issue was how heavy the door is, I was satisfied with my food, it was very delicious! I will be returning in the future!

The wings were cooked perfectly, our food was correct and it took a bit long but it looked busy today and though there was only 2 staff members we still got treated with a good attitude. The young lady was so nice to me and my husband. Only bad thing is how heavy the door is. Overall a 10/10 and I will definitely be coming back!!

First time ever at any wing stop. Definitely not a good first impression. I'm not surprised why this location has such a poor rating.
Walked in and no staff, both were hiding out of sight. The young lady at the counter that came out to take my order look like she'd rather be burning her own skin off than have to do any work.
Once they took my order, I sat and waited while she hid away and nobody started to prepare my food.
After about 6 minutes, the guy came out of his hiding spot in the back and slowly began preparing my order of a sandwich combo.
Once the food was ready, neither of the staff said another word to me and went back into hiding.
Food was not good. Way over seasoned to the point that I couldn't taste anything but lemon pepper and salt.
It's clear there is zero leadership and standards at this business. Bad staff and poor practices. Won't make this mistake again.

Absolutely disgusting. The hickory BBQ wings and hot wings were incredibly salty. The fried cajun corn and fries were covered in salt and Tony's. you couldn't tell you were eating anything other than a saltlick. the corn in the picture showed full nibblers, but we got one nibbler cut into 5 pieces. $45 for my family to eat leftover pizza and tater tots.
Probably the worst food/takeaway I had in my life. We ordered and collected £50.25 order. Food was cold, fries were cold. Items not labelled. We also had a allegen requests but nothing was labelled. Worse of all they did it include my desert! So out of pocket for £6.75. Won’t be returning and want my money back! Message to all! Go and support an independent, they will take care of your food and ensure you get everything you paid for!
Every time I go here, I get charged for sauce on the side. The biggest rip off. No other wing place charges for sauce on the side. Need to fix that at the location I go to.

Bad experience the cooks do not like to sanitize their hands they pick things off the floor and don’t wash hands afterwards.
Awful experience. And the customer service was even worse!!! They forgot half our order and wouldn’t make a whole new batch fresh for us when having to come back regardless to get the other half of our order. They couldn’t contact the manager either for us to get a refund. Will never order from here again and seeing all the other reviews I hope they get new staff
Went in there Sunday around 7:30. The place was so dirty. The employees were talking so loud like it was party time. The wings your to exspensive for what you got. Will not go back.
If you like having your order screwed up every time then Wingstop 1388 is the store for you. Incompetence at every level. If you must have Wingstop store 1388, eat it there so they can hopefully correct it for you when they get it wrong. Seriously, get your wings from anywhere else and save yourself the frustration
