This is the best chicken place I've ever been to, and I've been to my fair share. The quality of the chicken and the breading is just fantastic. Large variety of flavors, and all of them are delicious. Good sides, and of course the RANCH is probably the best ranch I've ever tasted.

I like the food and the looks of the place. The only downside is that when ever I place a order over the phone I have to use a automated person to order. I had plenty of trouble with automated person just to order my food.

Normally this location is pretty good with getting my order right, but last time I went in there, the girl at the register was very rude for no reason. The receipt said her name was Ashleigh. I walked in and she had a dirty look on her face and was giving me attitude. I walked up and said hi and she liked ignored me and just stared. She was either high or just really pissed off. Very uncomfortable.

Place an order for the most popular wing flavor (lemon pepper)For first time I was disappointed,wings barely have any seasoning, I called the store to let them know about my issue and manager Jorge proceeded to tell me that the previous management wasn’t using the right recipe and proceeded to hung up the phone and after several intents to call back some one was picking the phone and hung up i was able to speak to a female employee answer the phone and give the phone to George that proceeded to tell me that the manager that hung up the phone on me was the area supervisor and his name was Miguel.But I was certain that I was speaking to the same person.I been ordering wings from mundelene location for years and never was disappointedAnd when this location (lakemoore) open I was very happy because it’s a lot closer to my house and I ordering wings from this location since open and it’s been no issues.And now I been told that the recipe that I enjoy for the last few years is been the wrong recipe.

Worst experience ever!!! Placed my order online and picked it up, no flavoring on my wings or on my tenders. Called to speak with manager after explaining the situation he stated the previous manager was not using correct recipe and that is why there was little to no seasoning, of course we countered with “we also order from other wingstops and never had this issue” HE DECIDE TO HUNG UP THE CALL AND NOT ISSUE A REFUND OR CORRECT THE ORDER!! We spoke with I believe his name was Ramiro and Jorge because we called a second time. Nothing was resolved store manager MIGUEL or MANUEL needs to do better at training these managers!!

I have ordered from this locations several times at the restaurant and online. I will not be returning as the last few orders have been WRONG. Wrong seasoning on my fries, missing my order of boneless wings, ordered and paid for cheese sauce just to get mustard. My order is attached to the bag so please tell me how you mess it up? Then when I went back to get my boneless wings they told me they would give me a discount off the next order which they NEVER gave me. BUYER BEWARE AT THIS LOCATION. Seriously people you have one job get it right! The sad part is their food is good when it’s correct!

Honestly feel.ripped off they have a special 20 wings and fries 4 sauces 16.99 they had a sign with price.They had another sign for 15 wings 2 sauces fries and 2 drinks no price.We ordered the latter and it as 25 dollars how the heck is that right even if i got to drinks it would have been 22.99Watch the deals is all im saying.The fries are way to salty.

Whenever I need a boost in my day, whether it be amazing food or happiness, I come here. Brisseida is amazing. We see her every day when we come in and get wingstop and she is the light of the restaurant. Amazing hospitality, amazing work ethic, and amazing overall vibe.

As a former employee if you ever apply to this job run they just made a fake review about me all there reviews are fake they make the workers do them,this store uses POTATOES FROM THE FLOOR yes the reason why everyone has been getting food poisoning from this place there was a new shipment for our potatoes the potatoes were on the floor when I got there and the cook said it was fine to use them they don’t care about there customers they will feed you guys potatoes off the floor before they care about you and management is running the place into the ground that store will be closed by 2025 no one wants to work for them they pick favorites and will fire you on the spot for a simple mistake that they make all day mind you they preach hard work but are never at the store always late I feel bad for anyone who has a interview lined up and since our boss (Kenny) is going on vacation no one can call off because there so short staffed and it’s like a month long you can’t call off, to add to that the manager cussed me out because he was late to the store by atleast 40 mins and when I asked him to adjust my time he snapped on me on the phone saying this is how it it is idc how long you’ve been waiting (cussing),mind you I’ve only been working here 3 weeks and this is how he talks to me he just doesn’t like ppl he’s waiting to take out any anger he has in his life on new employees because we can’t make mistakes have to be on time but he’s never at the store makes plenty of mistakes and always late if you plan on working here good luck if you plan on eating here I hope you like FLOOR FRIES
