First off, I want to say how sweet the bartender Bridget is! My husband and I came in for a bite to eat and I will forever recommend the rueben. So good! 10 out of 10. We love the atmosphere. The cook even came out to talk to us and check on how the food was. Making this a regular spot for us. ?
It's definitely a hole in the wall type of place, but not necessarily in a bad way. If your looking for fancy this isn't the place for you. Has a strong "local" feel, everyone seemed to know eachother, atmosphere was a bit dank and dark, pool tables were free the night we went, food was edible and fast to arrive, drinks were as expected.
Saw Facebook post for food specials and decided to give it a try. This is the true definition of a dive bar, which isn't a bad thing if it didn't smell damp and like stale beer. Food was.just ok. Too many other choices I would make in LP.
