Alfonso's Pizza Palace

I ordered on 9/21 for 3 people went to go pick my food up, they forgot a entree for my order (this has happened 4-5 times now, another time the entire order got handed to the entirely wrong person) we called them before we came back and told your guy in there we were missing an order, a girl in the background let out a little giggle and said oh yeah, instead of saying we'll get that ready for you the boy you had working just straight asked if we wanted that put back on the card instead getting the food ready, all because the staff was too busy talking to one another on the left side of the isle in the kitchen, no management present either which is a big red flag especially when its so "busy" that people can talk and not work, I will not be back, especially when the boy working lied about me cussing him out and telling me not to come back, I won't be with my money and will tell my friends to steer clear as well.

Regularly dine at this restaurant, however will not be going back. I usually order the chicken parmesan woth tortellini which per the menu is 11.50. When we received the recept the price was 18.00. They actually changed it to where you are ordering tortellini with red sauce and charge 10.99 and then show you added chickien to it for 6.99 for a total of 17.98. When asked about this all we got in response from the owner is "Sorry we just havent received the new menus yet" Bull Crap, they just think people wont notice a 6.50 difference in there bill. This should be crinimal. If this is the way the do business We will not be back! Its definately not worth the price any more!

Did not get our drinks or one of our meals. Food was not flavorable at all. No cheese in our cheese boscos. And the only good part about our meal was the salad. I have braces and i couldnt even eat it... YOU SUCK!!

Very friendly and good service. Portions were good size. We had chicken parm with meat ravioli and added two meatballs. The sauce was good and sweet. Spinach and cheese ravioli was awesome. Dinners came with side salad and garlic bread. The menu has a good variety.

We seldom go here due to the attitude we received from the owner in the past. We know of others who have had the same problem. A good business means a courteous atmosphere. Last time we were there it took way too long to get our order due to them having a lot of carry out items for others. There are other places to eat with better service.

A nice little gem in Lawrenceville. They offer pizza and pasta. I've only had their pasta. It's always good. The staff is always very friendly too!

Parking: There's free street parking, but do to other business in the area it can be hard to find close parking
