For one, we all know subway is overpriced for the quality of food you get, but for some reason we're all ok with paying that much anyways. However I will no longer be contributing to the subway in lawrenceville Illinois because they have terrible customer service, never answer the phone regardless of how little business. If yall could get your employees to answer the phone, especially when Google says you're not usually too busy at 5 pm, then I think you'd be doing a lot better generally speaking, yall are lucky most people just don't care about a thing in life, or less people would be willing to spend their hard earned money in places like these. It's not that hard to answer the phone like really. Take one of them nasty long finger nails and push the green button that's shaped like a phone, next you'll hear somebody talking through the ear piece and all you have to do next is respond to what they said. Have a great day and hopefully yall don't struggle so hard with Basic communication skills in the future, your business would surely thrive better if not.

I popped in on my lunch break today to grab a sandwich for my coworker. I was politely attended to immediately after entering and the woman behind the counter was quite patient with me as I was recalling the order I’d been given. The most outstanding part of my visit was the way the staff was treating the customer ahead of me. There was an upset after running out of tomatoes and a moderate language barrier made it difficult to agree on a resolution. The woman making this other customer’s sandwich spoke politely, offered many apologies and generous compensations, and perhaps most impressively kept her attitude sincere. I left before seeing the situation resolved, but I feel it’s important to commend the staff for what I saw. And my coworker quite enjoyed her sandwich!Parking: The drive-through lane begins a ways behind the restaurant, at an angle that makes it difficult to find without driving around the block.

Out of way to many items on the menu. Subway lost me as a customer that was eating there a couple times a week to once a month when they quit having breakfast sandwiches and pizzas. Then when you pay $32 for a footlong and a 6 inch and can't get what you want is to much. Not even any cookies. No tea available. 3 of the fountain drinks empty and absolutely no toilet paper in the women's restroom . Also no chip selection other than 3 kinds has got to be a issue in management.

No point in ordering ahead. Ordered in the app, said pick up by 5:45p. Was still sitting at the window waiting at 6:10p. Employees have poor time/order management. This happens all the time at this location.

Mark it down. Never in my life did I believe I would ever give a Subway 5 stars, but here we are. The two young ladies were fantastic and the sandwich looked exceptional. I can't say anything for the taste because the meal wasn't for me; I was actually making a lunch run for someone else. But today's experience has restored my faith in the franchise, if only a bit.

Boss Man

Restaurant will not take drive thru orders anymore and insists you have to call ahead. They won't answer the phone for call ahead orders regardless of the time of day. Go somewhere else that wants drive thru business.

Had rotisserie style sub toasted and chicken was still cold I eat at the olney illinois location every other day and have has no issues there with food being cold

Tried to place an order using the app. Enterd a valid credit card and all information was correct and kept getting a message that the card was invalid. So I went to McDonald's instead. And used the same credit card no issues!

I pulled up to the window at 8:58 not realizing the time. They close at 9 apparently, but the young man graciously took my order and was friendly and prompt. Good job. Food was made perfectly.
