One of the best restaurants in Lawrenceville Illinois best hamburgers tenderloins and catfish
we went during slow hours about 9 pm. 06/06/25. 1 bartender 1 waitress (it appeared). we stood entirely too long EVERY time we needed something considering they were not busy. bartenders/wait staff were not very attentive. the first time we walked up we ordered a soda and a mixed drink. bartender made soda then walked to the back and disappeared. I didn’t know that this place had a bunch of magicians working in the kitchen. The magic that was performed on the All You Can Eat Fish was miraculous. The wife and I love tartar sauce anytime we have fish. This fish needed no tartar sauce. It was delicious by itself. Plus, You have 3 sides. Coleslaw, potato salad, and my favorite baked beans. We just found our favorite spot for fish from now on.
