We ordered two beef and cheddar. Curly fries and a dr pepper. The cruelly fries were cold 🥶 and the sandwiches had no cheese and I got charged for cheese for the sandwiches even tho the recipe said beef and cheddar. Never again will I get from this store

Smh, I usually read reviews to get an idea of what im getting into, but this time my hunger got in the way. First of all I wasnt greeted like the 4 folks before me, just 'what can I get you.' Ohk, im used to that treatment so its not big deal. When I got my food I had to get rolling, didnt open my bag until 20 minutes later. If I wasnt on a schedule I would have turned around and demanded a refund! $15 combo and I got less meat than a Ronald hamburger. One drop of sauce. Two small fried onions. Bottom bun was hard like it was sitting out for a few days, even though it was warmed up in the microwave. The fries were fine. The drink, even with no ice, was watery. I waited 5 minutes for this?! I wish I would have taken a picture before I threw it out the window. Not the packaging, just the sandwich. So disappointed!!

Great job team! You all rocked! We ate there January 25th at approximately 6:30PM and got drive through. This was after a horrific experience at McDonalds in which they would not even take our order because their lobby was too busy. So I will set the scene for everyone because I want this review to reflect how great the staff was at Arby's! We had left a wrestling tournament that was hosted in Leroy, and were getting supper. There were three busses at this Arby's already when we got to the drive through. We had no problems ordering, the person running the speaker was polite and friendly and did not sound stressed or upset at all with the influx of customers. They had our food ready in no time and it was perfect! These guys rocked it! Congrats at being awesome!!

They have one employee that likes to listen to consumers place their order through drive thru and then when consumer gets to window mocks and laughs at the way it was ordered. Very rude and disrespectful!!! People with disabilities are all over the 🌎. BE RESPECTFUL!!!!!!!!!!

If you are a fan of this particular franchise, then this is a solid location to order from. Went through the drive-thru and was greeted by a very friendly staff member. Food was prepared as expected.

Order my food at the drive thru. Got to window paid for food and was told they were waiting on part of my order. Was asked to pull to a drive thru spot and waited over 10 minutes for my food.

Ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches and my more expensive one came as a disgustingly put together beef and cheddar that was super soggy and dripping. It was also just a giant mess. I tried it and it was disgusting and slightly sour - almost like pickles. Funny enough this was my second chance for eating hear in over a year as the food was terrible and old tasting.
