Horrible service. I ordered a burrito with no cheese due to an allergy. I repeated it several times. I got my order and it came with cheese. I called and they blamed it on me saying it came with cheese, I wasn't advised this. They refused to offer a refund or make a burrito based on my order.I've been a long time customer in Le Roy, since they've opened. I'm not going back due to the absolutely poor customer service from a mistake on their end.

Our first time eating here. We celebrated one of our granddaughter 's 21st birthday here. Staff friendly food delicious and we had a great time.

Kid-friendliness: We had our small great grandchildren with us and it was no problem at all. Had a great time. Plan to go back again.

Not worth it. My quesadilla was the size of a small taco and the chicken tasted horrible.

Owner is the most heartless human there could be. For his own controlling needs keeping his children that he “cares so much” about from the only family they have ever known for no reason at all I raised these beautiful children and he did the bare minimum and just making long term emotional damage to these kids. Won’t let them talk to me because they call me and my husband mom and dad because that’s all they knew they have several other sisters as well that they now do not get to even talk to. I don’t recommend this establishment unless you support these kind of “people”

Very rude would not let children use the bathroom. How can someone be that heartless.

I have never had reasonable or fair experience here. The man who took my order spoke no English so he got my order wrong, yet my food was far from authentic. Get it together guys…
