If I could leave negative stars i would. After driving 6 hours with another 12 hours to go stop here quick before they close granted yes it was 10 minutes to close but they were the only thing open within miles. Ordered nuggets & a mcchicken add cheese. They gave freezing cold nuggets, a mcChicken with NO CHICKEN ON IT. Literally no excuse for this crap.

Definately mistakes by the cook bring down this place's image. He has a terrible attitude and when I asked to have a breakfast sandwich remade for adding the wrong egg to a McMuffin sandwich which seems to happen at least once a week. The manager asked him politely to make a new one and he climbed all over her case. I was shocked. He should have been escorted out to his car. People like him deserve to be unemployed. By the way, it happened again this morning. How pathetic.

Blond ish red hair child in the drive though looked at me like an alien when I said hello and thank you have a nice night said not a word to me throughout the whole interaction. The next car pulls thru and she’s chatting up a storm and telling them to have a nice night. Not sure why the customer service is so different by car but I think that’s not right.

Traveling through, stopped for drinks & breakfast snack - 12/11/25 8:30ish a.m. (clean restrooms!) Ordered & paid on the kiosk. 3 employees working, 2 customers ahead of us, heard the order to cook the food, everyone got their food, we were in and out in 5 minutes, and our order was correct! WELL DONE McDonalds of Leroy IL! Many others we’ve been to could take lessons from you.

Ordered on the app, two grinch meals $32!!!!!! Drive through line had 6 cars, AFTER 10 MINUTES not a single car had moved up, had to google how to cancel my order, and will be filing a charge back on my card because you already took my money. NEVER EVEN GOT MY FOOD THIS IS THE WORST McDonald’s LOCATION IN AT LEAST THIS STATE

The morning crew is fast and accurate. The night crew is as fast as a sit down restaurant. You can safely assume waiting a minimum of 10 minutes each visit at night. You'll get asked what drink you ordered at the window. After you wait in the pull over spot, they'll come up and ask what order you had. If you have loads of time to spare, maybe give this place a try. Otherwise after 5 pm, don't bother.

They’re using old fryer oil. We were told the maintenance guy won’t be by to fix it until tomorrow. Why on earth are they still serving the fries? They were absolutely awful! The staff was decent enough to refund us for the french fries.
