9/25/25 went to mcdonalds to get some cheeseburgers for the family. was told they were all out of hamburger meat and could not make any sandwichs. was sent away.

They’re using old fryer oil. We were told the maintenance guy won’t be by to fix it until tomorrow. Why on earth are they still serving the fries? They were absolutely awful! The staff was decent enough to refund us for the french fries.

I often pull in here after work and while it may not be the fastest it is the most consistent and accurate mcdonalds ive ever frequented. Also every employee ive encountered has been so genuinely nice, love it

We are traveling through Illinois stop here grab something quick only time we use our debt card during vaction, and our card information was stolen and used in Illinois. It was Aug 22th during breakfast time through drive thur window. If u go here I would go inside or use cash.

Can anyone tell me why they always are pulling people up and pulling people into curbside pickup spaces and never have food ready at the window? Seems like this mostly happens when that Short manager Misty is working. Worst manager ever!

This place is going downhill fast! First off they’re not staffed the proper way. They’re throwing all this hard work on all the younger children while breaking some laws with the disguise meal break. On 7-12-25 I went to the drive-through to order snack wraps they’re out, then ordered two large sweet teas asked for chocolate shakes, but they don’t have chocolate shakes either. Get to the window and they handed me two large sweet teas without any ice because they’re out. This place needs new managers.
Terrible! Waited at front counter(no on was waiting) for 10mins and NO ONE acknowledged we were there. No one! Left and went thru drive-up. No one in line placing order and we waited another 3-4mins and again No One acknowledged us us! Poor poor service!!!!

Just your average McDonald's. Came in here to get a quarter pounder with cheese to redeem on my points. Got looked at like it was my fault that I saved up points for free food but I guess it is what it is. Food was warm at least and the interior was clean. Maybe when I come through in the future it'll be better.

My food was prepared correctly and was on a par with what you would expect from a good location.
It's a fairly small location, so there's not a lot of space to sit and there are only two ordering kiosks.
