Just passing through. Have McDonald's frequently, especially on the road. This location at lunch time was exceptional. Delicious, crispy fries, McDoubles made well, quickly to order. Friendly staff on a busy day. Good job!

This rating is based on my experience at this location, compared to others in small towns around IL.This one is slower, the managers are rude, and the machines are not running well.We have been here 3x in the past few mo nth. It has taken no less than 10 minutes to get a meal for one person from the time of payment.Another time ordered ice cream, don't do it. I was given a melted cone and said sorry our machine sucks. I asked for a refund and they refused. Asked for a different one they said sorry "it's McDonalds"

My visit to the Le Roy McDonald’s was disappointing, with food that seemed carelessly prepared. The fries were soggy, and the burger had a dry patty and stale bun, indicating neglect. The meal’s presentation suggested a lack of attention to hygiene and customer satisfaction. This standard is unacceptable for McDonald’s, calling for urgent quality improvements.
Fast food that takes 30min? Drive through takes forever. If you order through for pickup your food will be ready but they won't bring it out to you for 15min. I've actually had to back up to drive thru window several times cuz everyone is to lazy to bring the food out. Faster to go to a farm and start from scratch than it is to order from here. GOOD LUCK!

I would not recommend they don't ever get my order right every time I go.They don't pay attention to their job and that's why they get orders wrong and they made me wait 5minutes for an iced coffee and they made me pull forward for that. The only good thing about it is that the workers are nice and the food tastes good most of the time
