Ordered a wrap and the person didn't know how to wrap it so it spilled in my lap. I didn't get lettuce because half of it was brown. $13 for horrid food. Thought Subway was meant to have fresh ingredients. I took two bites and couldn't eat anymore. Asked for a refund. Manager was kinda rude about it and cut me off when I tried to explain what was wrong rather than listening to ways she could improve her business. Thanks for reminding me why I don't eat at Subway.

This was really disappointing, even for a quick road-trip pit stop that we didn't expect to be any great shakes. For a restaurant that seemed to be slow and was completely empty except for our family during our entire visit, they were out of a lot of items. There were no olives (I asked, they were out), the avocado was down to brown scrapings at the bottom of the container (no thank you), we took the last of the banana peppers and bell peppers, and this location doesn't carry the veggie patty, they just offer the "veggie delight" (AKA a limp salad on a bun). None of the offerings looked or tasted very fresh. The staff was friendly and attentive. They were polite in accommodating dietary requests, and made the sandwiches as expected. However they were not very knowledgeable: no one seemed to know about the "mini" breads that were listed on the menu when I asked, nor about the veggie patty. We had to ask for our sandwich to be unwrapped and toasted after the employee forgot the first time, and although we had stated a couple of times that we did not want the meal deal, the other employee still asked about it. I'm really not trying to bash the employees: that's all the level of job performance I'd expect for kids being paid minimum wage, and they were polite & friendly enough. My partner & I split a 12" veggie delight while his parents each got 6" meat subs. None of us enjoyed our food. To quote my partner's father when asked how he liked his, "It's... edible." This would have just been a forgettable if not enjoyable experience until we hit the bathrooms before leaving. And oh good gravy, were they gnarly. I'm not super picky about bathrooms but I had to step around poop stains to get to the women's toilet. The trail of poo water dripping down the side of the toilet and over to the toilet wand told the story of a mess someone tried to clean and evidently just gave up. This was in no way presentable to customers, and the staff had had ample down time to address the issue. I only hope they did something about it after we notified them before the next people were subjected to that.Subway, if you want employees to do a better job, I imagine you simply have to pay them more. And I know that I, for one, would be more willing to spend money more frequently in reliably clean restaurants that are well-stocked with fresh, flavorful ingredients. This was not their best location by far, and I can't recommend it to anyone.Vegetarian options: They do NOT offer the veggie patty, only the veggie delight (no protein).

I haven’t been to a Subway in years…my only complaint is that I always liked the roasted hot chicken & they don’t have it anymore, it’s rotisserie chicken which I didn’t like as muchGreat

The workers were great. The temperature in the building is unacceptable. Too hot. Horrible first impression walking into a hot business. Almost turned around and walked out. Would not eat inside due to the heat. Obviously mis managed if the temperature isn't even acceptable. You obviously don't want my feedback. I've tried 4x to submit via website.

Some sandwiches are very good, but this place also has some issues. I ordered a salad for my nephew and the bowl was filled one third full with spinach and then drizzled with a little ranch dressing. They charged well over $7 for this and the young people working there seemed more interested in getting a tip, which they did not deserve. They don't care about you as a customer and this is no restaurant with waiters. It really angers me they would charge so much for a partial salad and even dream of asking for a tip. What a joke, LeRoy Subway. I will boycott this place for a year. Poor business practice deserves such a response.

Terrible service. 2 employees working, 1 person in the drive through and myself waiting inside. I waited, counting the flies buzzing around the open containers of food, as I watched them prepare pickup order after pick up order at a sloth's pace. I left after waiting 4 times as long as the whole imteraction should have taken. Never even had a chance to place my order. The employees appeared to have not showered in days. Don't waste your time, just keep driving.

Food was good but choices of bread were limited because they don't have enough help and only one lady was working . They need more employees badly

This store has the worst customer service. Most of the time I have driven there they have their doors locked. Today we got excited because they were finally open. Ordered online, got an email that the order was placed, then got another that it was canceled. Phone rang, it was the employee advising that they are not willing to make our sandwiches despite there being 2.5 hour until closing time. She stated they do not want to make 3 pizza subs and are low on tuna. She said they will run out of vegetables if they make our sandwiches (two sandwiches had tomatoes and onions, not sure how that takes all their vegetables). We are done with this store, they clearly do not want business.

Went to business to get a sub 20 minutes before listed closing time. Went to drive through and was told that they were closed so I could not order. I guess the business hours for them are subjective and they do not follow them.

Went there for order at drive through. I get there and am told they tried to call me 4 times. Phone was turned down, so my fault I didn't get the call. But they were out if meatballs. Either poor planning, or a big run on meatball sandwiches. I rarely go here because they do not honor Subways discounts. I would have ordered 2 sandwiches, if they did. So ended up with nothing here. I do better going to other Subways.
