Good service decent food clean restaurant but you better stop by the bank because I got a double bacon cheeseburger regular onion ring medium Coke and a medium blizzard and it was $19 and something they do finance I believe lol

Pulled into the drive through and told the worker I have a mobile order. They tried charging me for somebody else’s order twice. Then they brought me the wrong order. About 15 minutes later I’m told that I don’t have an order under my name at this location even after showing the employee the order on my phone with the correct location, and that it is paid for. If there is “no order”, why didn’t they tell me that in the first place?

SMH!!!!!!!!! Had an early morning doctor appointment this morning and was told to fast in case they decided to do some bloodwork. After back and forth between my GP and specialist, they decide what bloodwork they wanted done. Off to HHS St. E's for blood draw. By this time, it is 1:30 pm, a headache has started and the stomach is starting to grumble. Finally finished at St. E's and headed for home. Been trying to stay away from fast food, but the headache I was getting made me decide to swing into DQ Ofallon. I ordered a 3 pc chicken tender meal and splurged with the sundae; usually I just get a coupon and pass it on. Finished my chicken and fries, then discovered I didn't get a spoon! Pulling into Lebanon I thought I'll just swing into the DQ there and get a spoon. This is how it went . . . (ME) I just went through the Ofallon DQ and they forgot to give me a spoon. Can I get one from you? I'll pay for it. (DQ) No, we are not affiliated with the Ofallon DQ so we can't give you one. (ME) I'll pay for it. (DQ) What kind of sundae was it? (ME) Hot fudge. (DQ) That will be $3.99. (ME) I don't want another sundae I want a spoon. (DQ) I can't sell you a spoon because we aren't affiliated with Ofallon DQ. (ME) Say what? (New DQ Rep) We can't sell you a spoon because we aren't affiliated with Ofallon DQ. SMH!!! I left . . . . customer service is DEAD!!!!!! All I wanted was a frickin' plastic spoon! I CAN'T even wrap my head around their reasoning to not sell me a spoon.

Placed a mobile order & went through the drive through … “I’m sorry we’re closed please come back at regular business hours.” It’s Friday @ 12:15 pm ??? So I spent $30 on food from a place that’s closed …. Why would you not disable mobile orders if you’re CLOSED ? And i’m sure dozens of other people have also spent (wasted) money on this place today. Absolutely ridiculous . I’m beyond livid .
