Cute retro vibe but the food is underwhelming. Great environment, probably best as just a dessert spot.

Awful experience, bad food. The food took forever, and once arrived, the very young server was combative when I expressed my dissatisfaction.This place might be good in the eyes of those who don't know any better, but I expected a little better.

That was a VERY, cool, rustic place to eat. A genuine soda shop in it, and the memorabilia for decor was amazing. I loved it. I had an awesome cheeseburger, too!!

tylina powell is posting the same thing with dozens of other local businesses, so you should ignore anything he posts. You can view his page to see proof that he says the same thing with almost 2 dozen other businesses. If Dr. Jazz was not paying it's vendors they would not be able to supply customers with products because their funds would be tied up in lawsuits and court fees. I also wouldn't pay attention to the other people that have given low scoring reviews without any basis as to why it's low. Typically this is other business owners trying to hurt competition. Well it wont happen with Dr. Jazz.

Dr. Jazz has been the place for generations to go and have a great burger, salad, sandwich and of course a phosphate or ice cream. If your looking for a local restaurant to take the family or go out on a date, you should try Dr. Jazz Soda Fountain.

Dr. Jazz also has 2 rooms to rent upstairs, it includes cable tv, pool table, sink, microwave and mini fridge. My wife and I stayed here the night of our wedding and have a couple of other times just to get away. We live in Belleville, but going to Lebenon seems to be worlds away and it's always relaxing. Please give it a chance and if you don't like it you can hold me personally responsible, but I can guarantee that you will go home with a smile on your face.
