I wish they would have cooked the broccoli on general tsochicken and my shrimp fried rice the rice was too hard for me and the eggwere cooked too done on the outside other than that it was
Reading the advertisement for the restaurant, "Best Chinese in Lebanon", my thought was the Only Chinese restaurant. After eating their food, they are not only the best in Lebanon but the best in the area. Crab Rangoon was crispy and NOT greasy like so many restaurants. General Tso's chicken was excellent. I recommend them highly.
I ordered the beef and broccoli special combination plate, with pork fried rice, and an egg roll, I asked to add some mushrooms. Everything was fresh, and well prepared, delicious! Hong Kong is one of my favorite restaurants!
