on our way to Softball tournament and looked for mom n pop breakfast/brunch places and happened across the Lantern BLE, we had peaches and cream french toast, biscuits and gravy, and build your own breakfast sandwich. everything delicious. Real cool little restaurant!

Nice spot on an adorable small town Main Street. I had the corned beef sandwich with fried apples, which were excellent.

I do not recommend this establishment. When arriving there were four open tables. I asked for a low top because I was going to have two children with us. After starting to clean off the table the waitress came back with the manager telling me there would be a 45 minute wait. After they realized I was okay with that they then named off two different establishments that were open that we could go to. Mind you, my daughter was being very well behaved and not causing any scene. I’ve never been denied service due to having my child. Very unprofessional.
Went in on a Sat morning at 10:40, ordered and at 11:23 we got our food. One table was a head of us. There was only 2 of us and restaurant was not busy. After waiting a half hour I asked how much longer it would be. The lady checked and said that he just started our order. We received our order 13 min later. Food was ok but definitely not worth the 45 min wait or $30.00. Waitress did not ck on us at all. Bathroom was not clean either. They need to work on their customer service.

Very Friendly, Christian oriented, and absolutely delicious! We made this stop on our way from OKC to Toronto, and were VERY IMPRESSED! thank you for an amazing breakfast.
Best gyro I've ever had...their housemade ranch dressing was exquisite...the tomato was sooo good..fresh and never refrigerated(like all good tomatoes should be). Topped off the meal with a great conversation with the artist who created my meal...GREAT FOOD and GREAT PEOPLE
NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. My grandparents from out of state came to visit me and I wanted to show them around my little town and take them out to eat. My grandmother is paralyzed from the waist down, and my grandfather just had hip replacement surgery. I realized the front door wasn't accessible for her, which I expected with the downtown area being much older buildings, but when I asked about the accessible entrance I was told it was around back, which again, is fine, but that we would have to go through their kitchen. To me, that does not seem sanitary, but once again oh well, I pushed my grandmother around back and when I saw the "handicap accessible entrance" we decided to leave. In order to even get to the door you have to go up a sloped medium rock gravel driveway. Anyone in a wheelchair, or anyone who knows how they maneuver knows that that is a recipe for disaster. I was very disappointed and it made my grandmother feel like a burden due to her injury, which she should never feel like. It's 2024, there are so many options for handicap accessibility that don't even include renovating the building, such as a portable ramp, etc.
