This use to be a great place for us to visit. First they changed their system and gift cards I found in a drawer they won’t honor since they changed their system. So $500 lost there. Many menu item favorites are gone, caprice sandwich, Italian sausage burger, app platter so there is something for everyone.
The beer selection isn’t as good as it used to be. In the fall Porters and Stouts should be featured on the menu or at least have a few(Guinness doesn’t count).
Lastly the cheese curds had a very light batter, unfortunately half of them had no cheese in them. Also they use to provide a small amount of bread to dip in your soup, that has now been eliminated.
Sadly we will not be returning after many years of patronage.

Food was ok, service was terrible and so many ppl working there. We had to wave down our server for another drink. When a customers glass is empty ask if they would like another.. Same goes with unused dirty plates ask if they can be taking for more room.
Parking: Parking on a weekend is ridiculous, we had to park across the street in the restaurant parking lot.

I ate lunch there with my brother and had to run off to another meeting. Panera was extremely loud so I came back and asked if I could use the room not being utilized during lunch. The manager was kind enough to let me have my meeting uninterrupted and even moved her meeting to a different side of the room. Thanks for being so gracious with your internet and your hospitality.

Our friends took us out to dinner after an event in the area. The weather was great so we sat outside. The food was decent. But the service was better. Our server was patient, kind and attentive. She showed great care to our friend's son who is neurodivergent.
