The establishment is staffed by friendly employees who contribute to a clean and welcoming atmosphere. During my visit on a hot 95° day, I was pleasantly surprised to be offered complimentary water without having to ask. Additionally, my dog was treated to ice cream, enhancing the overall experience.

Truth be told; while my grandchildren love Burger King I will never take them there again (at least the one in Lemont); the place was so dirty I was shocked; my grandchildren's feet were black; where we ate had not been cleaned in ages...I'm sorry I usually never post negative reviews, but this was above and beyond. On the bright side, the people working there (the manager, and Connor) were lovely; very helpful, but they seemed to me to be overwhelmed by the people inside the restaurant. They need help!

Very very clean place to eat inside, wonderful employees.
Haven't been to BK in a long time but decided to stop by this one in Lemont around lunch time and went through the drive thru which wasn't busy at all. The ordering board was clear and easy to see. The employee taking my order seemed nice and lively. He asked if I wanted to add 2 chocolate chip cookies to my order and I just went ahead and accepted. I ordered the chicken sandwich meal, which was okay. The chocolate chip cookies were warm and soft, a good size and yummy. Overall, the food was okay. The service from the employees at each window were very welcoming and positive, which is often a rare experience at other fast food drive thru restaurants.
