We went here for Valentine’s Day, we were given a gift card so we made a reservation. It’s very small and cozy in here, you are sitting like 15 inches away from the table next to you (which isn’t horrible just not that great). The food is good, but I feel like I can make the same quality of food at home. It is not bad food, it’s good, but not amazing. The wine was good. Their ticket printers were broken so they did mess up a lot of what we had ordered (which again is fine, they were busy and it’s very stressful trying to manage broken technology during a shift).

This location is under NEW MANAGEMENT. The service and food is not the same. Head over to Capr Xpress on derby in Lemont. Andy runs the original and the food and service is solid. You won’t be disappointed at Capri Xpress.

Quant little restaurant! Pasta portions were average! Price was in line for the market! There meat sauce was sweet which I didn't care for. I will try another dish if we go again'. Serve was great!

This is my second time here. The first visit was phenomenal. Since then, the prices went up, the value went down, the food was just ok and the wine list was an utter embarrassment. If I wanted Meiomi and overrated mediocre wine options I'd go to Jewel across the street. The wine list was so inventive the first visit. Did this come under new ownership??

Amazing experience from start to finish. The food was only surpassed by the service. I had the lamb chops that were cooked to perfection. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone. At every location, you should expect and experience the same level of excellence.

When we arrived at the restaurant. It was locked up tight. We were so disappointed. It was my birthday and we were looking forward to trying a new place. I don't know if we'll go back.

Just okay. Small restaurant in a strip mall setting in a a former TCBY. Menu is limited. Was seated near kitchen, so could hear conversations and clanging. In general, would recommend larger Capris unless you are doing carry out.

Entertaining

Although the service and ambiance were great the food was not quite up to par. I miss the homemade pastas and both the vodka and arrabbiata sauce were not the sauces I remember. Sorry.

Too crowded, tables smashed in. Servers kept bumping into us. Food was fair, not worth the price. Not related to other Capri restaurants were are all much better. We will not return.

Food was amazing and service was excellent! Our waiter was extremely friendly! Vodka pasta, baked cavatelli, orecchiette, and charcuterie board were all delicious!

I am reluctant to post this because the owners are so accommodating but after two very bad experiences I feel I must let others know. First was a dine in experience last fall. I ordered the special, a chicken lemone. It arrived looking different than the same item I usually get for pickup. I could not cut the chicken with a knife. The server graciously offered to bring me another. It was definitely pounded thinner but still tough as leather. They removed the charge and I settled for my wine. Fast forward to December 20 when my family and I ordered carry out: 2 pastas with vodka sauce, 1 lemon chicken (I warned them), a chicken parmigiana and a veal lemone. $150 for inedible food. No salad and a piece of bread the size of a small croissant. The food in no way resembled or tasted like the food we had one year prior. Portions so small, pasta overcooked and chicken and veal, you guessed it....TOUGH!What happened folks???

I called to inquire about catering and the person who answered told me the prices doubled since last year. He told me it was $240 for a full pan of a chicken dish. I said wow, I find it hard to believe that the prices have doubled like that. He said, check the prices at Rosebud and hung up on me. I will never order from Capri Lemont again. How dare he hang up on me. I wasn't rude I was just telling him I find it hard to believe prices have gone up that much. I have eaten here recently also, but never will again after this man's rude behavior. I have been a customer of Capri Palos and Burr Ridge for a long time, but will never step foot in Lemont again. Totally unprofessional. GO TO PAPA JOE'S- A FULL PAN OF CHICKEN LIMONE is $98. He quoted me $240. That's ridiculous.

worse business to ever work for ! Andy doesn't pay his employees not even his chef! buys his pasta and sauce from dollar tree. and buys cheap chicken from low business companies! he can't be trusted... chef Giuseppe was the best chef he ever had and because he didn't want to pay him anymore he found a cheaper chef to deal with his cheap ways! good Luck! they going to need it!
